GBDo not trust this company I signed up for a free trial of ABC mouse through a cashback website about a month ago but thought I had cancelled it. Then today with no prior warning that my subscription was due I got a notification from Paypal that I had paid $12.99 to Age of Learning. I promptly went on the ABC mouse website and also downloaded the app hoping to find a way to cancel my subscription. Both are very basic and there seems to be no way to cancel the subscription through either route.

GBSCAM website that fraudulently charges… SCAM website that fraudulently charges credit card. We cancelled this subscription via their website through some robot chat. Later we discovered they kept billing us. When trying to contact them we discovered there is literally no way to speak to anyone, no way to file a complaint. Even after cancelling a second time they billed us again. We had to contact our credit card company and file a dispute and it turned into a giant mess. A legitimate company does not operate this way. BEWARE of this fraudulent company.

CABeware of abcmouse scam I got an annual subscription of abcmouse in Feb 2024. I tried to download the app in March 2024 and the available app on the playstore is abcmouse reimagined. I downloaded that and when I signed in, I got a message that my subscription was for abcmouse early learning not abcmouse reimagined. I have contacted their customer support and was told to use it online at abcmouse.com -.this is untrue as it does not work online. You need the app to use the program I have been charged for the annual subscription and the app I paid for has been pulled off the playstore. The customer rep said I needed a new subscription to use abcmouse reimagined. What about what I paid for?I want a refund!!!

GBReported them to the Glendale, CA BBB and got my money back *CBI compliance violation... Told me my ABCmouse service would be interrupted because my credit card was no longer valid (TRUE --because I got a new one 2 months earlier due to fraud activity). However, service was NOT interrupted, they just billed my bank account automatically behind my back. I ignored their cancellation notices because I wanted the subscription to simply 'run out'. Reported them to the Glendale, CA BBB and got my money back --- but they smugly replied that they were 'doing me a favor' and would refund. Despite the fact that it was simply 'the right thing to do', they did refund me...but they didn't like doing the right thing; it made them uncomfortable--you could tell in their BBB response.
