My 4 year old loves this app My 4 year old loves this app! My only complaint is when he clicks on the globe the only country it allows him to learn is the United States. We live in Canada it would be nice if they had more of the world available than just one country.

This is a US based product This is a US based product, with no option to choose UK language settings..... Zee instead of the letter zed, diapers instead of nappies, trucks instead of lorries, sidewalk instead of pavement! This really is s US product, designed for children in the US, and as such it should not e marketed in the UK, specially as there is no setting for UK/British English. Avoid.

Violated CBI compliance - protect your card info and stay away! I was refused help unless I confirmed by payment details over instant chat! This is a CBI compliance issue and the concern had NOTHING to do with payment. I pay by the year. I was told that they could cancel my subscription without this verification but could not change the imaginary fish tank unless I compromise my payment information. Litterally makes no sense. I was told that a supervisor would be reaching out to me via email "eventually". BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY there any many other educational aps to choose from and I suggest you do.

Abc mouse is garbage for mobile apps in the DC area. Downloaded this garbage because it is suppose to be free for educators. Downloaded it fine to my iPad however the program wouldn’t run. None of the 8 Apps in the abc mouse bundle responded. How in the world do you create a a program that isn’t accessible via mobile devices. We live in a mobile accessible world. For whatever the excuse abc mouse has for their apps not working will not really matter. I’m never using it again. That goes for home or work. Signed pissed off educator whose time you wasted.

Reported them to the Glendale, CA BBB and got my money back *CBI compliance violation... Told me my ABCmouse service would be interrupted because my credit card was no longer valid (TRUE --because I got a new one 2 months earlier due to fraud activity). However, service was NOT interrupted, they just billed my bank account automatically behind my back. I ignored their cancellation notices because I wanted the subscription to simply 'run out'. Reported them to the Glendale, CA BBB and got my money back --- but they smugly replied that they were 'doing me a favor' and would refund. Despite the fact that it was simply 'the right thing to do', they did refund me...but they didn't like doing the right thing; it made them uncomfortable--you could tell in their BBB response.
