Really Helpful during this time. There's so many negative reviews I thought it was only fair I give mine. When lockdown started last year I was looking for some help with any home learning for my 6 year old daughter. The site looked pretty interesting and I signed up for the free month. I think it took about £1.50 for the registration fee which I thought was OK. I've had that from other overseas online programmes / software which I've also joined with so I wasn't too worried. My daughter started to use it and I was really happy. It provided her with some essential educational topics and so after the first month I signed for the year. I paid in full with a really good promotional discount. My daughter has loved it. For the price I paid I have been more than happy for what It has gave us. Even though now my daughter is back in school a couple of days a week, we still have it here for some extra learning. She has it on the I Pad and on my Desktop. She can easily access it herself on the I Pad and quite often she shows me how well she is doing on it. They seem to keep updating it which is good as she doesn't get bored. There's lots of different things to do on it which covers all the essentials. I wouldn't say it's good enough to be the only learning platform for any child but as an extra it's been a godsend. I'm keeping my membership for another year. It's been really useful and to be honest she learns more on here sometimes than her zoom classes at school which sometimes seem like organised chaos. It looks like it hasn't been everyone's cup of tea looking at the reviews but for me it's been a lifesaver.

Abc mouse is garbage for mobile apps in the DC area. Downloaded this garbage because it is suppose to be free for educators. Downloaded it fine to my iPad however the program wouldn’t run. None of the 8 Apps in the abc mouse bundle responded. How in the world do you create a a program that isn’t accessible via mobile devices. We live in a mobile accessible world. For whatever the excuse abc mouse has for their apps not working will not really matter. I’m never using it again. That goes for home or work. Signed pissed off educator whose time you wasted.

SCAM website that fraudulently charges… SCAM website that fraudulently charges credit card. We cancelled this subscription via their website through some robot chat. Later we discovered they kept billing us. When trying to contact them we discovered there is literally no way to speak to anyone, no way to file a complaint. Even after cancelling a second time they billed us again. We had to contact our credit card company and file a dispute and it turned into a giant mess. A legitimate company does not operate this way. BEWARE of this fraudulent company.

So I have had this program for a couple… So I have had this program for a couple years for my son who is now 5 years old. The program is very glitchy, and I have had to contact them many times to fix. Most of the answers are that it doesn't work well on this device, or this and that server. It is VERY tiresome. However, I had gotten my child as far as I could by myself, he was pretty advanced, and I am no teacher. I wouldn't say you get the results that they advertise on their commercials, but my son definitely has learned from it. The "Path" is the educational part and it becomes boring and like work, so I do have to force him to get through one path a day and it is like pulling teeth! I do not know of any other site that is better and soon he will start Kindergarten and will have a base to build on.

Doesn’t work on IPad Mini 3 We bought this to use on an iPad Mini 3 that their website explicitly states it will work with. When we couldn’t get it to load I contacted technical support who told me I need an IOS update that isn’t supported for the iPad Mini 3. I asked for a refund and they just quoted terms and conditions that they don’t give refunds. Eventually they gave me 50% back and 6 months of “complimentary” access that I can’t use. Beware - their website contains information on where you can use their software and it is not accurate.
