GBSTOP NOW...Do Not Subscribe!!! I am writing this review in hopes of sparing every would be subscriber a huge headache. **If you so much as accept a free trial membership from this site, they will require a payment method to be logged with them. It is nearly impossible to cancel any subscription with them. You will be redirected/ rerouted innumerable times. I have attempted to cancel a trial offer with them and in order to do so that has to be done through the parent portal. There it gives options, which send you to other landing pages that contain more offers. You never get a confirmation that you have successfully unsubscribed. I hate these companies that rape your banking account by frustrating a consumer with rerouting. This needs to be stopped. I will be following this up with the FCC.

GBMarketed for young children, but clunky interface We took up a trial for our 3.5 year old son, and the interface for this on the iPad is awful. This clearly hasn't been designed for a good iPad experience, simply linking out to their website. Interface is unclear for younger children. Also, marketing in the UK, this is a US based product, with no option of choosing UK language settings. This will cause confusion for younger children. It seems like some of the basics have been missed off here.

GBReported them to the Glendale, CA BBB and got my money back *CBI compliance violation... Told me my ABCmouse service would be interrupted because my credit card was no longer valid (TRUE --because I got a new one 2 months earlier due to fraud activity). However, service was NOT interrupted, they just billed my bank account automatically behind my back. I ignored their cancellation notices because I wanted the subscription to simply 'run out'. Reported them to the Glendale, CA BBB and got my money back --- but they smugly replied that they were 'doing me a favor' and would refund. Despite the fact that it was simply 'the right thing to do', they did refund me...but they didn't like doing the right thing; it made them uncomfortable--you could tell in their BBB response.

GBBeware of ABC Mouse Beware of ABC Mouse; they tried to scam me. I signed up for a yearly subscription in 2018. I canceled the subscription in 2020 and have a cancellation confirmation email from ABC Mouse. On July 14, 2022, ABC Mouse tried to charge an expired credit card for the yearly subscription fee of 59.99. My credit card company flagged the fraudulent charge. Additionally, I contacted ABC Mouse regarding the situation at which time they tried to upsell me a different subscription. It’s billing practices are outright fraudulent.

CACharged my cc $60 the first day of free trial They charged my credit card $60 the same day the 30 day free trial started. There was no notification that they were going to do this. When I emailed to dispute it, there was no apology, no justification as to why they would charge you the first day of a 30 day free trial. Also, they will charge your credit card a $1 fee a month for the subscription. It's not worth this exorbitant cost. I recommend Reading Eggs over this one any day.
