STOP NOW...Do Not Subscribe!!! I am writing this review in hopes of sparing every would be subscriber a huge headache. **If you so much as accept a free trial membership from this site, they will require a payment method to be logged with them. It is nearly impossible to cancel any subscription with them. You will be redirected/ rerouted innumerable times. I have attempted to cancel a trial offer with them and in order to do so that has to be done through the parent portal. There it gives options, which send you to other landing pages that contain more offers. You never get a confirmation that you have successfully unsubscribed. I hate these companies that rape your banking account by frustrating a consumer with rerouting. This needs to be stopped. I will be following this up with the FCC.

Beware of abcmouse scam I got an annual subscription of abcmouse in Feb 2024. I tried to download the app in March 2024 and the available app on the playstore is abcmouse reimagined. I downloaded that and when I signed in, I got a message that my subscription was for abcmouse early learning not abcmouse reimagined. I have contacted their customer support and was told to use it online at abcmouse.com -.this is untrue as it does not work online. You need the app to use the program I have been charged for the annual subscription and the app I paid for has been pulled off the playstore. The customer rep said I needed a new subscription to use abcmouse reimagined. What about what I paid for?I want a refund!!!

My 4 year old loves this app My 4 year old loves this app! My only complaint is when he clicks on the globe the only country it allows him to learn is the United States. We live in Canada it would be nice if they had more of the world available than just one country.

This is a US based product This is a US based product, with no option to choose UK language settings..... Zee instead of the letter zed, diapers instead of nappies, trucks instead of lorries, sidewalk instead of pavement! This really is s US product, designed for children in the US, and as such it should not e marketed in the UK, specially as there is no setting for UK/British English. Avoid.

I really do not like or dislike this… I really do not like or dislike this program. We use the apple app. I find the app is glitchy, doesn't give tickets for completed work, app says certain things aren't available. I only pay the monthly fee, because my son enjoys playing with the hamster cage and the bedroom, that he gets from collecting tickets. He occasionally will grab the iPad and do some of the educational parts. All and all he gets bored real quick with this. I guess it would be good for a parent with preschool kids or younger. I think the younger kids will like the cute songs, and the other stuff they offer. I have been a subscriber for at least a year, and in that year they have raised the cost to their monthly paying members, stating their program was worth more. Maybe it is worth it too some people, but for me I do not find enough helpful material. I wish They Would offer a section for special needs kids.....
