Do not trust this company I signed up for a free trial of ABC mouse through a cashback website about a month ago but thought I had cancelled it. Then today with no prior warning that my subscription was due I got a notification from Paypal that I had paid $12.99 to Age of Learning. I promptly went on the ABC mouse website and also downloaded the app hoping to find a way to cancel my subscription. Both are very basic and there seems to be no way to cancel the subscription through either route.

Doesn’t work on IPad Mini 3 We bought this to use on an iPad Mini 3 that their website explicitly states it will work with. When we couldn’t get it to load I contacted technical support who told me I need an IOS update that isn’t supported for the iPad Mini 3. I asked for a refund and they just quoted terms and conditions that they don’t give refunds. Eventually they gave me 50% back and 6 months of “complimentary” access that I can’t use. Beware - their website contains information on where you can use their software and it is not accurate.

Violated CBI compliance - protect your card info and stay away! I was refused help unless I confirmed by payment details over instant chat! This is a CBI compliance issue and the concern had NOTHING to do with payment. I pay by the year. I was told that they could cancel my subscription without this verification but could not change the imaginary fish tank unless I compromise my payment information. Litterally makes no sense. I was told that a supervisor would be reaching out to me via email "eventually". BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY there any many other educational aps to choose from and I suggest you do.

Charged my cc $60 the first day of free trial They charged my credit card $60 the same day the 30 day free trial started. There was no notification that they were going to do this. When I emailed to dispute it, there was no apology, no justification as to why they would charge you the first day of a 30 day free trial. Also, they will charge your credit card a $1 fee a month for the subscription. It's not worth this exorbitant cost. I recommend Reading Eggs over this one any day.
