Results are incorrect!! I used this product a lot and I really liked that it was fast and comprehensive. At some point they started using an Edmonton based lab for samples based out of Canada. Since this time, the results are often wrong, they don’t correct them when asked. They loose samples, mix up samples, their results end up being incomplete often. I ordered 4 tests in Nov2024, I have had to re-submit swabs now 4 times, and some results are completely incorrect, some are incomplete, and one has been “misplaced” every time and they are now asking me for another swab, the 4th! I have been trying to be patient but it is very clear to me now that the Edmonton Lab is the issue. They can’t seem to get one thing correct. I will be going back to Optimal Selection as it is now mid-April and I still don’t have results on a test ordered in Nov2023, which I re-submitted 4 times! This Lab is well aware of their mistakes as I have emailed them about 8 times. I finally asked for a refund, and they wanted to give me a credit, but I don’t feel that they’re worth my time any longer. The last results were very obviously not even for the correct cat, all of it was 100% incorrect!

My Cat Scan helps me I get so many test results in this one test. It helps me with my breeding program and helps me feel secure if my cat has a health problem, I can show this to my vet to rule out any possible problems.
