The product is nice and shines perfectly the quality is perfect. BTW it has 2 modes, it's possible to power it with the batteries or with a usb cable. (The light comes with the cable, so there is no need to buy one) Perfect experience, great company. I recommend this company for purchase!!!

Terrible and dishonest I had to pay expensive custom fees (12 euros) when the package arrived in France though I had already paid shipping costs on the website. Of course, Childuniverse never said anything about such a fee when I purchased the item on their website and never answered to my email afterwards. I feel completely robbed.

Item Not delivered scam Ordered item to be delivered nov 7 on Etsy. Item was never delivered and never tracked in ups. They would not offer a refund only a discount on future purchase. They said their factory in Ukraine was destroyed but still have the crappy ethics to be publishing fast shipping for Christmas even though customer items ordered in October still haven’t been delivered. As far as I’m Concerned this is a scam
