Customer service is extremely easy to work with and helpful, Customer service had great communication and was a delight to work with. Great Customizable product. Never received purchase I ordered on 2/13, it is now 3/9 and I still haven’t received it. Customer service is not exactly helpful or friendly.

Poor customer service Poor customer service, took days to get back to me. When they finally did, told me it was going to take up to 17 business days to get my order when online and my order receipt it says 7-10. Then when I asked them to just simply cancel my order and refund me, they kept pushing me to try and keep it when I said multiple times I wanted a refund.

Beautiful sign! I ordered a carved sign/puzzle of my nephew's name for his first birthday. The package arrived just in time, the item was beautifully gift-wrapped, and the item was really high quality and well made! I appreciate that you don't charge extra for long names.
