Terrible and dishonest I had to pay expensive custom fees (12 euros) when the package arrived in France though I had already paid shipping costs on the website. Of course, Childuniverse never said anything about such a fee when I purchased the item on their website and never answered to my email afterwards. I feel completely robbed.

Beautiful and perfect gift for the little one This was a great holiday gift for the little one in the family. Bold colors and great craftsmanship! Shipping was a little delayed but that was due to holiday schedules and customs, otherwise it arrived intact and beautifully crafted. Will definitely order from this shop again!

Great products and amazing customer… Great products and amazing customer service!! Everything we get from Child Universe is well made, safe for children and SO CUTE!! Plus their customer service is great - fast to respond, respectful and proactive. When a discount code advertised in the email did not work, I placed the ordered, emailed the Customer service and they came back to me fast, made calculations for missing 15% and gave me the refund. And all of that with being very polite. I highly recommened them!

Poor customer service Poor customer service, took days to get back to me. When they finally did, told me it was going to take up to 17 business days to get my order when online and my order receipt it says 7-10. Then when I asked them to just simply cancel my order and refund me, they kept pushing me to try and keep it when I said multiple times I wanted a refund.

Never received purchase I ordered on 2/13, it is now 3/9 and I still haven’t received it. Customer service is not exactly helpful or friendly.
