Can’t get a hold of customer support I ordered this a month ago, had express shipping (3-6 days) but haven’t received item. Got an email to review the item that hasn’t arrived which concerned me. Also the last update on the tracking was from over 2 weeks ago. I emailed support TWICE & haven’t gotten a response. I just want to make sure the item is actually on the way but it’s been impossible to get a response from anyone so writing this hoping it will help.

Although the package was slightly… Although the package was slightly delayed do to International shipping, the item still arrived before the time I needed to Present it as a gift. Customer service is extremely easy to work with and helpful, Customer service had great communication and was a delight to work with. Great Customizable product. We will purchase again in the future for sure.

Poor customer service Poor customer service, took days to get back to me. When they finally did, told me it was going to take up to 17 business days to get my order when online and my order receipt it says 7-10. Then when I asked them to just simply cancel my order and refund me, they kept pushing me to try and keep it when I said multiple times I wanted a refund.

2023 names Unfortunately, in this day and age Kids have hyphenated last names and it was very difficult to find a puzzle where I could put all 4 of his names. I found one but I couldn’t hyphenate the name. Other than that my experience was great.
