Child Universe Wooden Name Puzzles I really like the Child Universe wooden name puzzles. They are great, beautiful learning toys for infants/toddlers. This is the third puzzle I order from them, and although there was a misunderstanding with this last order, the Child Universe customer support team was quick to respond and able to send me the correct puzzle.

Item Not delivered scam Ordered item to be delivered nov 7 on Etsy. Item was never delivered and never tracked in ups. They would not offer a refund only a discount on future purchase. They said their factory in Ukraine was destroyed but still have the crappy ethics to be publishing fast shipping for Christmas even though customer items ordered in October still haven’t been delivered. As far as I’m Concerned this is a scam

This puzzle was ordered for my…grandson, Rylan This puzzle was ordered for my grandson, Rylan’s Baptism. Even though he is only four months old, I know that he will grow into it. Since his parents are avid hikers, campers and outdoor people, he will learn all about outdoor animals and can look forward to enjoying and appreciating all that the great outdoors offers! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!! Product is made of flimsy materials and it’s very dangerous and could collapse or fall on your babies. Their reviews on their website are altered to only reflect positive but they removed all the negative. I found their Etsy account after ordering and saw REAL reviews. (See photos for honest reviews on their flimsy children’s furniture) Placed an order and saw reviews and was terrified. Messaged them 6 minutes after the order was placed to cancel it. They responded 6 minutes later trying to get me not to cancel. I responded asking for a refund, they completely ignored me after that when they initially responded right away. I sent over 5 emails. I called my credit card company now, they will be doing an investigation and charge this company back. Very shady company who is trying to keep my money instead of cancelling and refunding my order! Do not make the mistake I made and save yourself a call to your credit card company.

Great experience Really happy with my purchase I did on etsy. I purchased a nursery wall mount bookshelf. The delivery was fast and the shelf was easy to build I highly recommend!
