This is what I needed This is what I needed, the way I need it. Organized but not rigid; friendly and empathetic, while all about realistic business results. Some of the training is very formal and demanding, and some is social and fun...in two weeks, I've moved past the "overwhelming" phase and am able to make judgments about what to learn next.

There is a lot to learn in this academy… There is a lot to learn in this academy but I love that you can choose your own learning path and bounce between paths if you'd like. I've created a lot of assets for my portfolio and I've received great feedback and support from other participants, coaches, and mentors.

I've not only improved my skills as an Instructional Designer, but I've also benefited from the wisdom, experience, and assistance of many excellent colleagues. I can't recommend IDOL courses and being a part of this community highly enough.

IDOL Courses Academy is the best! IDOL Courses Academy is the best! This was EXACTLY the practical training that I needed to transition from a Consultant to an ID. The mentor sessions and coach feedback are impactful. The course library is in-depth and has everything you could possibly need to become an ID with no previous training. IDOL Academy is like an immersion… IDOL Academy is like an immersion school for Instructional Design. I have learned so much in such a short time! It's a great community, and I feel very supported by my coaches, mentors, and peers. The IDOL Academy has a pretty vast wealth of learning resources that I am gradually working my way through in addition to the coursework. Dr.Robin Sargent's positive energy has been a great motivator and confidence booster for me. I was hesitant at first but now I am so glad that I made the decision to join.
