Distributed Management Course-My Experience I enrolled in the CiDM online course which was self-paced and video-based. It is obvious that Remote-How put a lot of thought and energy into designing the content and delivery of this course. The presenters definitely knew their stuff and their willingness to share it contributed to a sense of community within the remote space. In the end, I feel very fortunate that I have access to so many tips, and tricks, and insider info when it comes to managing remote teams. This is an excellent course for anyone… This is an excellent course for anyone who is looking to grow their skills as a remote team leader. Most of the content is presented in video format with complementary activities and reading materials. They do a great job at presenting the challenges of managing distributed teams and how to adjust your skills accordingly. I especially enjoyed the sections on Digital Communication Rules as this is an area often overlooked and the cause of most breakdowns in remote teams.
