Very thoughtful and useful material Very thoughtful and useful material. It was apparent that they carefully chose their content providers and I came out of the course more ready than ever to manage a remote team!

Highly Recommend: Certified for Distributed Management I had an opportunity to participate in Remote-How's Certified for Distributed Management program and it was great. Most helpful was the way they broke-down the lessons into 10-15 minute digestible chunks. If you've got 30 minutes a day, and want to better manage your distributed team then this Academy is worth the time!

Remote-how is a pioneer in remote work. Remote-how is a pioneer in remote work. I chose to work with Remote-how because they believe in remote work and they are one of the companies that is really making a change out there. During my work as author of content with Remote-how, I found them to be very professional, organized and creative. I learned a lot from the team in how to organize for the remote economy and how to market in a digital world. My experience has been pleasant, challenging, and transformative. Thank you Iwo, Marek, Ola, and team. Way to go, Remote-how!

Certified in Distributed Management This is a very good course that brings in the voice and experience of tens of remote experts from well known remote companies. The segments in each module I found them to be relevant. The pace of the course was comfortable with my schedule. There is a lot of information and some segments are more dense than others. I loved the live sessions we had with a few of the presenters. It was also an opportunity to connect with classmates. I also enjoyed the monthly community calls. Kudos to the Remote-How team for having 2 sessions to help the global class. Learners should keep in mind that not all presenters are gifted speakers. They still demonstrate expertise in their area. Overall, CDM was a good learning experience.

This is an excellent course for anyone… This is an excellent course for anyone who is looking to grow their skills as a remote team leader. Most of the content is presented in video format with complementary activities and reading materials. They do a great job at presenting the challenges of managing distributed teams and how to adjust your skills accordingly. I especially enjoyed the sections on Digital Communication Rules as this is an area often overlooked and the cause of most breakdowns in remote teams.
