GBHighly Recommend: Certified for Distributed Management I had an opportunity to participate in Remote-How's Certified for Distributed Management program and it was great. Most helpful was the way they broke-down the lessons into 10-15 minute digestible chunks. If you've got 30 minutes a day, and want to better manage your distributed team then this Academy is worth the time!

GBCertified in Distributed Management This is a very good course that brings in the voice and experience of tens of remote experts from well known remote companies. The segments in each module I found them to be relevant. The pace of the course was comfortable with my schedule. There is a lot of information and some segments are more dense than others. I loved the live sessions we had with a few of the presenters. It was also an opportunity to connect with classmates. I also enjoyed the monthly community calls. Kudos to the Remote-How team for having 2 sessions to help the global class. Learners should keep in mind that not all presenters are gifted speakers. They still demonstrate expertise in their area. Overall, CDM was a good learning experience.

GBDistributed Management Course-My Experience I enrolled in the CiDM online course which was self-paced and video-based. It is obvious that Remote-How put a lot of thought and energy into designing the content and delivery of this course. The presenters definitely knew their stuff and their willingness to share it contributed to a sense of community within the remote space. In the end, I feel very fortunate that I have access to so many tips, and tricks, and insider info when it comes to managing remote teams. I'm sure this will give me a competitive edge when I manage future remote teams.
