I first went on this program back in… I first went on this program back in 2008, lost a lot of weight then. Maintained ok through the years, but during this pandemic I got out of control. Now I’m back on and although the weight isn’t coming off as fast as it did last time, I am heading in the right direction. Customer service is great too, place your order and it’s here the next day! Great new variety of cookies now too!!

I love the carrot cake muffins and I… I love the carrot cake muffins and I love cinnamon, but, I think they have way too much cinnamon in them and that overabundance overshadows the actual enjoyment of the cake itself. I will tell you that when I eat them they really facilitate bulky stools the next morning and they create a much-needed ease and comfort of elimination. So, that' s why I gave you a four-star rating. Frankly, I believe this product is too expensive. I wish you would carry a great-tasting diet drink, possibly using Stevia. I remember the Underway Acai product you used to carry. I sure wish you could find an alternative satisfying drink like it. Gratefully yours, B Peet

Unhappy Smart For Life Customer I have been a long time customer. Your Cookies & Muffins are not the greatest tasting products to begin with. Over the years you have changed the recipes and made many of your products taste worse than the originals. The original Carrot Muffins were the best tasting, now the new recipe with the rubber-like frosting is just awful. It is literally like chewing rubber. I had to throw away the last order. The original Cranberry Cookie was good, the newer recipe I also find inedible. The same with the Banana Chip cookies. I just ordered the new Red Velvet cookie. It is absolutely AWFUL! I've thrown away hundreds of dollars of product from Smart For Life. It's time to find another diet. Neil,

After years of purchasing this product… After years of purchasing this product and having it delivered to my home address, the company recently mailed a purchase to an old address at which I have not lived for 8 years. So I had to pay for the same products a second time, to receive the product at the correct address.
