GBNot good for athletic people The app usually works pretty well but it is clear it's designed for people that need to work on their weight or blood pressure. If you eat right and are an athletic person you can only do so much if it runs in the family. To have an app always complain about too many carbs is stupid. If you're an athlete or athletic person you have to eat tons of food and sometimes high carbs and you never gain weight so it's totally fine but the app still complains even if there is no weight gain.

GBI like the program but thier calorie… I like the program but thier calorie count are off and thi throws off my intake count. I can't find a way to change or fix the calories eaten.
