GBNothing personalized about it There is nothing personalized about this app. It is entirely machine-driven, zero human contact. There is no way to say "none of the above." There is no way to say "this is not the help I want." They send equipment I don't need. I already have a scale, blood pressure cuff, activity tracker and food tracker. My tracker apps work better than Lark's built-in versions. The most annoying part is the phony "dialogue" that dictates my answers in ridiculous forms, such as "Woo!" I really do not want a machine that speaks like an idiot. Even cancelling the account is a major pain. I can't believe my insurance company is paying money for this. There must be alternatives out there that actually help.
