GBThrough my insurance I signed up through my insurance and have used the program for over nine months. I received a scale about a week after signup and a fit bit about 8 weeks later. Tech support has been responsive when I’ve had questions. I was able to eventually join the Facebook group. The only con is the meal tracker. It’s stressful to use, not intuitive, nor does it have a scanner. Lark sent me all kinds of ideas for using the tracker but they were things I had already tried. For example, it is impossible to log things dairy free cream cheese (I’ve tried every way possible and it always comes out as some kind of cream when I look at how Lark counted it.) It is the most time consuming meal tracker I’ve ever used to the point that I just don’t track anymore. Other users report resorting to other tracker apps. If you eat nothing but simple foods and don’t eat out or cook meals with more than five ingredients, I guess it might be fine. 4 stars because it’s not a scam, it does what it says it does. I recently was informed that I can have live coaching sessions so we’ll see how that goes!

GBApp is Meh. I signed up for Lark through my insurance and have been using it for a couple of months. Unlike others, I find the AI amusing and entertaining… that said, it didn’t teach me anything. However, the calorie counter is wayyy off, isn’t easily customizable, and you can’t scan items or even search for items. I continue to use it, but count on MyFitnessPal and my Fitbit app for accuracy

GBNot good for athletic people The app usually works pretty well but it is clear it's designed for people that need to work on their weight or blood pressure. If you eat right and are an athletic person you can only do so much if it runs in the family. To have an app always complain about too many carbs is stupid. If you're an athlete or athletic person you have to eat tons of food and sometimes high carbs and you never gain weight so it's totally fine but the app still complains even if there is no weight gain.
