GBGood Program But Faulty Equipment Pretty good program to monitor heath. They sent me a scale and a blood pressure cuff. The scale works fine and connects to the Lark app. The blood pressure cuff works but won’t display the correct date and won’t link to the app. I manually input my blood pressure. Not a huge deal, but kind of disappointing since the blood pressure cuff didn’t work properly from the beginning.

GBNot good for athletic people The app usually works pretty well but it is clear it's designed for people that need to work on their weight or blood pressure. If you eat right and are an athletic person you can only do so much if it runs in the family. To have an app always complain about too many carbs is stupid. If you're an athlete or athletic person you have to eat tons of food and sometimes high carbs and you never gain weight so it's totally fine but the app still complains even if there is no weight gain.

GBOne of the best weight loss apps I've ever tried Hands down my favorite app! I've been using the Lark app for a year now. Great support and really loving my progress so far!

GBApp is Meh. I signed up for Lark through my insurance and have been using it for a couple of months. Unlike others, I find the AI amusing and entertaining… that said, it didn’t teach me anything. However, the calorie counter is wayyy off, isn’t easily customizable, and you can’t scan items or even search for items. I continue to use it, but count on MyFitnessPal and my Fitbit app for accuracy
