awesome program is take it again I like it cause it help me a lot to understand the fix and flip homes Jake is awesome teacher if I know this I would do it a lot long time ago. but its helping me a lot.the coaching is awesome it call ever week in check up on you in if you have a question your coach will be to awser yo have.

We feel that the coaching calls were… We feel that the coaching calls were great, the discord is awesome and the overall course is amazing. That being said nothing against coaches or the program, we feel that the calls would have a much bigger impact if they started after the students got to the homework with the OPM section.

So far I like how simple Jake breaks it… So far I like how simple Jake breaks it down. I’m still new in the game but it feels like it’s possible if I stick to the masterclass and follow the course. Plus i can learn at my own pace. My mentor/ coach is super helpful. He doesn’t make me feel awkward. We seem to communicate well.

You definitely get what you put into it, if you follow the process! We fast tracked through our classes in 23 days and on day 24, we had our first signed contract and HML funding set up and ready to roll! We officially close on our first (of many) flip on April 30th and couldn't be more pleased with the classes, resources, and mentorship that is provided. THANK YOU AGAIN FLIP SECRET FAMILY!!!
