Plus i can learn at my own pace. My mentor/ coach is super helpful. He doesn’t make me feel awkward. We seem to communicate well.

Having done a few flips in the past, I have a basic understanding of how the process of flipping properties works but this program has taken me to a different level. The best money I’ve spent The video are very easy to follow, Jake is a great teacher/mentor. You have to take notes because the knowledge he’s drop is endless. My interaction with my accountability coach is priceless. Sam is the best, always encouraging you to do your best, making sure you understand and your getting the most out of the material. I’ve wasted money on other mentorship, so I was a little apprehensive but once I started the lessons, I knew i made the right decision. I would recommend this mentorship to anyone that wants to get into real estate, whether you’re a wholesaler or fix and flip. This program will definitely make you better.
