We fast tracked through our classes in 23 days and on day 24, we had our first signed contract and HML funding set up and ready to roll! Flip Secrets has been a game changer… Flip Secrets has been a game changer for me. Having done a few flips in the past, I have a basic understanding of how the process of flipping properties works but this program has taken me to a different level. The best money I’ve spent The video are very easy to follow, Jake is a great teacher/mentor. You have to take notes because the knowledge he’s drop is endless. My interaction with my accountability coach is priceless. Sam is the best, always encouraging you to do your best, making sure you understand and your getting the most out of the material. I’ve wasted money on other mentorship, so I was a little apprehensive but once I started the lessons, I knew i made the right decision.
