I thin that Rick is very through in each of his presentations and I really enjoy how he is very repetitive making sure that we are getting it and not just throwing something out there and hoping it sticks.

Consistent communication amongst the entire group including coaches This company hosts consistent calls for people to share their wins and get questions answered. One of the coaches has provided deal opportunities to me. This group accelerated my knowledge on fix and flips and we are on pace to do at least 15 flips this year. Only been in the group 3 months.
