Life changing information So far my experience has been extraordinary, the information provided by Jake and his team is life changing. Having direct communication to mentors and coaching from people who actually have done it is truly game changing, whenever we have a question or stuck on something we can get an answer that day by either attending the coaching calls or messaging our accountably coach. Don't get me wrong YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK, simply joining this community isn't going to make you a millionaire. You need to follow the playbook and be consistent everyday in you hustle and ask questions. Exactly what we expected!!!! Exactly what we expected!!!!! Thank you to the entire Flip Family Team for coaching us along before and during this journey!!! You definitely get what you put into it, if you follow the process! We fast tracked through our classes in 23 days and on day 24, we had our first signed contract and HML funding set up and ready to roll! The classes are amazing, Jake is very passionate about it and teaches everything that you need to know to start your fix&flip business. Awesome Family!!! Way beyond a training group. Awesome Family!!! I was told by a few friends I know that I did not need to join a group. The info is out there already. I was praying for a direction to still achieve my goals for my family and my self. I hoping for a great training that would help skip me ahead of the learning curve. What I was Blessed with, was the system I was hoping for, along with an Awesome Family. I have not found or seen any negativity towards anyone in the calls or chats. My coach is awesome he gives me Input… My coach is awesome he gives me Input and I can tell he really cares . This system is the best from start to finish Jake is and awesome teacher and he knows what he is talking about. You have to commit and follow your teachers and do your part commit.
