My coach is awesome he gives me Input… My coach is awesome he gives me Input and I can tell he really cares . This system is the best from start to finish Jake is and awesome teacher and he knows what he is talking about. You have to commit and follow your teachers and do your part commit.

So far I like how simple Jake breaks it… So far I like how simple Jake breaks it down. I’m still new in the game but it feels like it’s possible if I stick to the masterclass and follow the course. Plus i can learn at my own pace. My mentor/ coach is super helpful. He doesn’t make me feel awkward. We seem to communicate well.

I've had a great experience overall I've had a great experience overall. Really recommended to everybody who wants to learn how the fix and flip process works. Not recommended if you're not willing to put the time on learning and applying what they teach. The accountability calls are fenomenal and the daily coaching is super useful. Its a huge community with a lot of knowledgeable people that are willing to help.

Exactly what we expected!!!! Exactly what we expected!!!!! Thank you to the entire Flip Family Team for coaching us along before and during this journey!!! You definitely get what you put into it, if you follow the process! We fast tracked through our classes in 23 days and on day 24, we had our first signed contract and HML funding set up and ready to roll! We officially close on our first (of many) flip on April 30th and couldn't be more pleased with the classes, resources, and mentorship that is provided. THANK YOU AGAIN FLIP SECRET FAMILY!!!

We feel that the coaching calls were… We feel that the coaching calls were great, the discord is awesome and the overall course is amazing. That being said nothing against coaches or the program, we feel that the calls would have a much bigger impact if they started after the students got to the homework with the OPM section.
