awesome program is take it again I like it cause it help me a lot to understand the fix and flip homes Jake is awesome teacher if I know this I would do it a lot long time ago. but its helping me a lot.the coaching is awesome it call ever week in check up on you in if you have a question your coach will be to awser yo have.
