ZAHighly recommended Currently on Week 4 of Science of Stretching an I love it. While I am not new to yoga or stretching this programme has been incredibly valuable. The stretches are effective and very well demonstrated and explained in the videos. The videos are so relaxing. They are the perfect end to an intense workout or as something to do on its own if I don't have the time or energy for a full workout. I highly recommend this programme.

ESIt's just what I need It's just what I need I am envolved in lots of things everyday, so I look for masterclasses or workshops that give me quality information in less time, as I have a limited time to expend on it. Lucas goes to the important, queeping focus in what's useful, and gives the information really clear and understandable. I love his job!

GBI Love your programs I Love your programs. I started with the Hip opener series after hurting my knee. After two weeks I realized that my knee was not the issue it was my hip mobility. After years of wearing heels and running Marathons & Hakf Marathons I thought my running days were over- but thanks to the strength & stretch series I have started running again. I am 73 yrs old and Running has been my go to exercise. I can’t thank you enough for providing such excellent videos with clear explanations and various options for each exercise to accommodate our various abilities. Lucas & Camilo you are both excellent!
