DOThe yoga videos are really great and effective!!!! Yoga body videos are very clear in the info they provided , the person that give them is an expert in his field so you can trust the information and are not too long . I have found using the exercises pretty often because are easy to do and quick . I do my breathing before going to work and at night. They are really great and effective!!!!

GBI Love your programs I Love your programs. I started with the Hip opener series after hurting my knee. After two weeks I realized that my knee was not the issue it was my hip mobility. After years of wearing heels and running Marathons & Hakf Marathons I thought my running days were over- but thanks to the strength & stretch series I have started running again. I am 73 yrs old and Running has been my go to exercise. I can’t thank you enough for providing such excellent videos with clear explanations and various options for each exercise to accommodate our various abilities. Lucas & Camilo you are both excellent! Keep up the great work🙌

GBThere are lots of stretching courses… There are lots of stretching courses and apps - in my opinion, the most effective stretching tuition is by Lucas and his team - very clear, concise and informative videos to listen to whilst in “the stretch”. Some of the stretching is very intense but you can do it at the level you are currently capable of - highly recommend.
