Worth the gamble! Hello, As a true beginner with PS, I took the gamble and purchased the Masterclass. During the last month I’ve done the rounds of many pro suppliers, You Tube videos, e-books and other to try to get a good start. But, I can honestly say that Kristina’s real life” explanation of how layers work in Photoshop, using real objects in real time, is the best I’ve seen anywhere and finally helped me break that first barrier. Maybe I’m more of a visual learner and my abstract reasoning is weak. Either way, you only get one chance to make a first impression, and she scored high! Excellent Customer Service I had a problem when placing an order and did not see the item ordered. I inquired with customer service and they discovered that I had two accounts with different email addresses. Not only did Laura assist me in locating the second account but offered to combine the accounts for my convenience. She really went the extra mile to be helpful and get everything sorted out. I'd stopped purchasing presets but portrait retouching is a real minefield for me as I get so little practice then all of a sudden after like 2 years, my daughters or daughter in law will suddenly ask for a 'studio' portrait and expect perfection from this usually street and landscape photographer!
