Worth the gamble! Hello, As a true beginner with PS, I took the gamble and purchased the Masterclass. During the last month I’ve done the rounds of many pro suppliers, You Tube videos, e-books and other to try to get a good start. But, I can honestly say that Kristina’s real life” explanation of how layers work in Photoshop, using real objects in real time, is the best I’ve seen anywhere and finally helped me break that first barrier. Maybe I’m more of a visual learner and my abstract reasoning is weak. Either way, you only get one chance to make a first impression, and she scored high! Should include more helpful instructions with purchase Purchased the beauty retouching actions, beauty brushes, and the retouching fundamentals. The install instructions were spot on, but my only issue is the lack of instructions on how to actually use the actions, ie are there recommendations on running in a certain order, or to run one set before another since so many layers are automatically created. I would have given 5 stars for the product, but with the lack of instruction it is quite complicated. I did email support and received a "thank you for your suggestion for future release.........." not exactly helpful.

Satisfied Customer I have been enjoying Kristina Sherk’s presentation style and selected software packages since early, 2022. I have to say that the website support is wonderful. Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, the response was timely and always super helpful. It is one thing to produce great products, but the personal service from the support team is a great professional bonus!
