The fault was actually my own! LOL I was having trouble accessing my account and it turned out that the fault was mine. I had two different email addresses going, both of which are used for photography. In any case, the response to my questions was handled graciously and efficiently! ❤️

But Sharkpixel offers more than great tools, Kristy is a wonderful educator and delights in sharing her expertise and knowledge.
