I totally messed up and misunderstood my purchase. She helped and guided me throughout numerous emails. Laura went way beyond what I ever expected from a support team via emails.

Should include more helpful instructions with purchase Purchased the beauty retouching actions, beauty brushes, and the retouching fundamentals. The install instructions were spot on, but my only issue is the lack of instructions on how to actually use the actions, ie are there recommendations on running in a certain order, or to run one set before another since so many layers are automatically created. I would have given 5 stars for the product, but with the lack of instruction it is quite complicated. I did email support and received a "thank you for your suggestion for future release.........." not exactly helpful.

The new Lightroom AI presets are terrific! The new Lightroom AI presets are so good. Easy to change specific details on large batches of images in seconds. Love the consideration of light hair vs dark hair or light eyes vs dark eyes. Kristina is so good and understands detail editing of portraiture. Always a win with your products. Thank you!

I had difficulty logging in and… I had difficulty logging in and downloading my "Portrait in a Pinch" action set. Your log in link took me to no where useful. You might want to look in to that. Maybe it was my OS 7. However, Laura was very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry and sent me a temporary password that let me open the action up. Enjoyed the master class. Thank you again
