I had difficulty logging in and… I had difficulty logging in and downloading my "Portrait in a Pinch" action set. Your log in link took me to no where useful. You might want to look in to that. Maybe it was my OS 7. However, Laura was very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry and sent me a temporary password that let me open the action up. Enjoyed the master class. Thank you again

Sharkpixel I have been following Sharkpixel for some time, and have many of the products, which are excellent. But Sharkpixel offers more than great tools, Kristy is a wonderful educator and delights in sharing her expertise and knowledge. Her tutorials are complex, yet clear and understandable for the average human being; that is quite a feat. Best of all - the support team respond quickly, and do everything possible to solve any issues.

Should include more helpful instructions with purchase Purchased the beauty retouching actions, beauty brushes, and the retouching fundamentals. The install instructions were spot on, but my only issue is the lack of instructions on how to actually use the actions, ie are there recommendations on running in a certain order, or to run one set before another since so many layers are automatically created. I would have given 5 stars for the product, but with the lack of instruction it is quite complicated. I did email support and received a "thank you for your suggestion for future release.........." not exactly helpful.
