Excellent Customer Service I had a problem when placing an order and did not see the item ordered. I inquired with customer service and they discovered that I had two accounts with different email addresses. Not only did Laura assist me in locating the second account but offered to combine the accounts for my convenience. She really went the extra mile to be helpful and get everything sorted out. I love the products available and now feel even better about making future purchases because of this wonderful experience

Should include more helpful instructions with purchase Purchased the beauty retouching actions, beauty brushes, and the retouching fundamentals. The install instructions were spot on, but my only issue is the lack of instructions on how to actually use the actions, ie are there recommendations on running in a certain order, or to run one set before another since so many layers are automatically created. I would have given 5 stars for the product, but with the lack of instruction it is quite complicated. I did email support and received a "thank you for your suggestion for future release.........." not exactly helpful.

The fault was actually my own! LOL I was having trouble accessing my account and it turned out that the fault was mine. I had two different email addresses going, both of which are used for photography. In any case, the response to my questions was handled graciously and efficiently! ❤️
