Kristina Sherk a Generous & Great Instructor Kristina Sherk has an instruction technique that is very easy to watch. Her explanations have allowed me to better understand portrait editing in Lightroom & Photoshop, even though the subject is/could be very technical and overwhelming. I have been a fan of Kristina for a while now and look forward to future instructions and products.

Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, the response was timely and always super helpful. It is one thing to produce great products, but the personal service from the support team is a great professional bonus!

All in all, non regrettable purchase Well, at first, I was actually questioning if this was actually legitimate... after purchasing, and then finding out my emails weren't coming through for the prompts of the packages I purchased... everything was fine... the brushes are great, and the special effects are great... I personally loved how they look...

Should include more helpful instructions with purchase Purchased the beauty retouching actions, beauty brushes, and the retouching fundamentals. The install instructions were spot on, but my only issue is the lack of instructions on how to actually use the actions, ie are there recommendations on running in a certain order, or to run one set before another since so many layers are automatically created. I would have given 5 stars for the product, but with the lack of instruction it is quite complicated. I did email support and received a "thank you for your suggestion for future release.........." not exactly helpful.

Excellent Customer Service I have followed Kristina for years and have always been amazed at her cutting-edge expertise in whatever her hand touches. Recently, I made an error in an order but her support staff (Laura) came to the rescue and quickly rectified the issue. Thanks for continuing to set the bar high for professional photographer education and customer service!
