Worth the gamble! Hello, As a true beginner with PS, I took the gamble and purchased the Masterclass. During the last month I’ve done the rounds of many pro suppliers, You Tube videos, e-books and other to try to get a good start. But, I can honestly say that Kristina’s real life” explanation of how layers work in Photoshop, using real objects in real time, is the best I’ve seen anywhere and finally helped me break that first barrier. Maybe I’m more of a visual learner and my abstract reasoning is weak. Either way, you only get one chance to make a first impression, and she scored high! All in all, non regrettable purchase Well, at first, I was actually questioning if this was actually legitimate... after purchasing, and then finding out my emails weren't coming through for the prompts of the packages I purchased... everything was fine... the brushes are great, and the special effects are great... I personally loved how they look...

Excellent Customer Service I had a problem when placing an order and did not see the item ordered. I inquired with customer service and they discovered that I had two accounts with different email addresses. Not only did Laura assist me in locating the second account but offered to combine the accounts for my convenience. She really went the extra mile to be helpful and get everything sorted out.
