I had difficulty logging in and… I had difficulty logging in and downloading my "Portrait in a Pinch" action set. Your log in link took me to no where useful. You might want to look in to that. Maybe it was my OS 7. However, Laura was very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry and sent me a temporary password that let me open the action up. Enjoyed the master class. Thank you again

But Sharkpixel offers more than great tools, Kristy is a wonderful educator and delights in sharing her expertise and knowledge. Her tutorials are complex, yet clear and understandable for the average human being; that is quite a feat. Best of all - the support team respond quickly, and do everything possible to solve any issues.

Excellent Customer Service I had a problem when placing an order and did not see the item ordered. I inquired with customer service and they discovered that I had two accounts with different email addresses. Not only did Laura assist me in locating the second account but offered to combine the accounts for my convenience. She really went the extra mile to be helpful and get everything sorted out. I love the products available and now feel even better about making future purchases because of this wonderful experience

Worth the gamble! Hello, As a true beginner with PS, I took the gamble and purchased the Masterclass. During the last month I’ve done the rounds of many pro suppliers, You Tube videos, e-books and other to try to get a good start. But, I can honestly say that Kristina’s real life” explanation of how layers work in Photoshop, using real objects in real time, is the best I’ve seen anywhere and finally helped me break that first barrier. Maybe I’m more of a visual learner and my abstract reasoning is weak. Either way, you only get one chance to make a first impression, and she scored high!
