Great Product: Polar Cube Wrap Around Knee Brace I ordered a wrap around knee brace. For some reason, when I ordered my Polar Cube, I never a universal wrap with a covering or straps, just a vinyl sided brace and it got dirty really quick. I ordered my knee brace with foam covering and the straps and it got here quickly and worked perfectly. Also, the price through Shop Orthopedics is much less than other online sites (many charging $97 or more!!).

Customer Service Poor I ordered orthopedic braces and it took several calls over at time span of 2 weeks to determine the status of the delivery. After confirming the purchase at the time of purchase, I did not receive the tracking details. I called customer service multiple times and it went directly to voice mail over a two week period. I was able to finally speak to someone who promised that they would send me an email notification on the status of the item the following day and did not hear back from them. After involving other options, the items shipped and within 2 days, received the items. Poor communication on delivery of items and when to receive. Customer service does not exist.

NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a BREG shoulder pad from you. I called customer service during your listed hours of operation. Left a voicemail asking to be contacted on 20 SEP. I needed to return the item & place another order for the one that would work with my BREG Unit. I am STILL waiting for that call. Meanwhile, I must use & constantly replace melting ice packs. Thank you for NOTHING

I am giving 3 stars for reasonable… I am giving 3 stars for reasonable prices and free shipping, but would give 2 stars otherwise. Ten days ago I ordered something I will need for surgery I’m having tomorrow. The item description said, “usually ships in 1 to 2 business days.” I ordered it on the 6th and they didn’t ship until the 15th of the month, which was 6 business days. Disappointed that the business advertised quick shipping, but did not follow through on that.

Convenient to order and quick to arrive. Quick access, easy to spec and order, reasonably priced, quickly shipped. And I’m finding — high quality. This is the way to go for undersleeve replacement on knee braces as opposed to waiting for a faxed prescription or using your insurance to pay for it at three times the cost from other dealers.
