Terrible Customer Service and Response Time This company has terrible customer service and i no longer recommend them! The second order I received from them is defective and I need to have it replaced. I've placed numerous phone calls to the customer service number and sent emails. No response for days. I finally got an email back 5 days ago stating that they can do the exchange but no instructions on how to proceed and no response in another 5 days! Unprofessional!

I ordered a ankle brace for my son and… I ordered a ankle brace for my son and paid extra for quick delivery. The shipping email came with a incorrect tracking number so i couldn’t track the package. I called for 3 days straight leaving messages and not one was returned. I still do not have my brace. I don’t recommend because the customer service is less than poor.

Waiting time is too long and nobody is… Waiting time is too long and nobody is answering the phone and don’t like automatic computer message.we need a real people to talk and I have been trying to reach to you guys but it took me like days but still nobody answer the phone but luckily I got a email from you guys solving my problems .if nobody answering the phone why you guys put phone no over there you should need extra hand to answer the phone too .

Customer Service Poor I ordered orthopedic braces and it took several calls over at time span of 2 weeks to determine the status of the delivery. After confirming the purchase at the time of purchase, I did not receive the tracking details. I called customer service multiple times and it went directly to voice mail over a two week period. I was able to finally speak to someone who promised that they would send me an email notification on the status of the item the following day and did not hear back from them. After involving other options, the items shipped and within 2 days, received the items. Poor communication on delivery of items and when to receive. Customer service does not exist.

I am giving 3 stars for reasonable… I am giving 3 stars for reasonable prices and free shipping, but would give 2 stars otherwise. Ten days ago I ordered something I will need for surgery I’m having tomorrow. The item description said, “usually ships in 1 to 2 business days.” I ordered it on the 6th and they didn’t ship until the 15th of the month, which was 6 business days. Disappointed that the business advertised quick shipping, but did not follow through on that.
