I finally found an email and they reaponded very quickly apologizing as they have had issues with phone systems. Although i was initially annoyed once i connected with them they were very repsonsive and i would order from this site again

Poor customer service, communication and website design. The order that made on 10/05/18 and was supposed to arrive within 24 hours has not come as of today, 10/20/18. Only when(!) I emailed and called on 10/10/18, I was told that it "seemed like it was on the back order". Very poor communication. THe website doesn't allow to search by the order number. There is no way to find out the status of the order if you didn't create an account. Very inconvenient.
