GBNeeded shoes for my elderly dad… I needed some shoes for my elderly dad to wear while he has wrappings on both feet. I saw they had a lot of good options online and called for more info. This is the way to go for undersleeve replacement on knee braces as opposed to waiting for a faxed prescription or using your insurance to pay for it at three times the cost from other dealers.

GBProduct received as ordered Product was received as ordered. I ordered rhe wrong product and had extreme difficulty reaching this company to return. I finally found an email and they reaponded very quickly apologizing as they have had issues with phone systems. Although i was initially annoyed once i connected with them they were very repsonsive and i would order from this site again

GBPoor customer service, communication and website design. The order that made on 10/05/18 and was supposed to arrive within 24 hours has not come as of today, 10/20/18. Only when(!) I emailed and called on 10/10/18, I was told that it "seemed like it was on the back order". Very poor communication. THe website doesn't allow to search by the order number. There is no way to find out the status of the order if you didn't create an account. Very inconvenient.
