GBProduct received as ordered Product was received as ordered. I ordered rhe wrong product and had extreme difficulty reaching this company to return. I finally found an email and they reaponded very quickly apologizing as they have had issues with phone systems. Although i was initially annoyed once i connected with them they were very repsonsive and i would order from this site again

GBGreat Product: Polar Cube Wrap Around Knee Brace I ordered a wrap around knee brace. For some reason, when I ordered my Polar Cube, I never a universal wrap with a covering or straps, just a vinyl sided brace and it got dirty really quick. I ordered my knee brace with foam covering and the straps and it got here quickly and worked perfectly. Also, the price through Shop Orthopedics is much less than other online sites (many charging $97 or more!!).

GBOrder site is unclear on sizing method Order site is unclear on sizing method. Brace I received doesn't match picture of what was shown. I have called twice to arrange an exchange and had to leave message and no one has returned my call.

RUSince I've had issues with the Fuel &… Since I've had issues with the Fuel & brake system the manual was the only alternative to try and fix my Cagiva Super City 125 during COVID-19. The manual delivered everything I needed step by step. I made remarkable changes using the manual provided. Very good manual and a helpful experienced online staff that got me going in the right direction, awesome team.

GBNeeded shoes for my elderly dad… I needed some shoes for my elderly dad to wear while he has wrappings on both feet. I saw they had a lot of good options online and called for more info. Product specialist Chris was very helpful in determining what to order and went the extra-mile for us to try some on that afternoon as a will-call pickup. He also expedited processing and shipping of a different pair they didn't have in stock, which we received 1-1/2 days later. My dad is very pleased with both pairs.
