GBAwful experience Awful experience. Bought a knee brace. I e mailed for a return label. it was too small. They sent the label. I packed the item and sent it via UPS ground (the return label). Have never heard it was received or payment refunded. Called over and over. (Always got recording that call would be returned in 5 hours) Sent one after another e mails. Finally got response with instructions on how to refund and get label which I had done, signed by Travis. I did get the original return label through the website. To date: no response, no refund.

GBConvenient to order and quick to arrive. Quick access, easy to spec and order, reasonably priced, quickly shipped. And I’m finding — high quality. This is the way to go for undersleeve replacement on knee braces as opposed to waiting for a faxed prescription or using your insurance to pay for it at three times the cost from other dealers.

GBTerrible Customer Service and Response Time This company has terrible customer service and i no longer recommend them! The second order I received from them is defective and I need to have it replaced. I've placed numerous phone calls to the customer service number and sent emails. No response for days. I finally got an email back 5 days ago stating that they can do the exchange but no instructions on how to proceed and no response in another 5 days! Unprofessional!

GBI ordered a ankle brace for my son and… I ordered a ankle brace for my son and paid extra for quick delivery. The shipping email came with a incorrect tracking number so i couldn’t track the package. I called for 3 days straight leaving messages and not one was returned. I still do not have my brace. I don’t recommend because the customer service is less than poor.

GBCustomer Service Poor I ordered orthopedic braces and it took several calls over at time span of 2 weeks to determine the status of the delivery. After confirming the purchase at the time of purchase, I did not receive the tracking details. I called customer service multiple times and it went directly to voice mail over a two week period. I was able to finally speak to someone who promised that they would send me an email notification on the status of the item the following day and did not hear back from them. After involving other options, the items shipped and within 2 days, received the items. Poor communication on delivery of items and when to receive. Customer service does not exist.
