GBExcellent Customer Service I had an issue where the time zone would reset by default that was 4 hours earlier than mine. The problem was fixed immediately fixed and haven’t had any issues since. I’m overall very happy with the service provided. Representative Abner Romero had it fixed within minutes. Thank you again!!

GBEasy fast and efficient … The most impressive was the prompt service that I got emails were responded to quickly and efficiently and because of my putting the wrong last four of one of my cards I had to call in and that service on my phone call with Brian was quick easy and I really appreciate that you normally don’t get this type of service when you buy programs like this. I would love to just add that Optimus is a great tracker. It has had me at ease with my dad driving at 80 years old and knowing where he’s at at all times thank you.

GBGreat customer serviceIf all customers services was like this, it be a better world! Great customer service! I contacted the company regarding one of my trackers cutting off for no reason. A few emails later a new tracker was being sent to me. Later that day the one That wasn’t working, started working. I emailed customer service, told them it was working and a return label was sent. When the new one arrived, simply returned it!
