Excellent Customer Service I had an issue where the time zone would reset by default that was 4 hours earlier than mine. The problem was fixed immediately fixed and haven’t had any issues since. Easy fast and efficient … The most impressive was the prompt service that I got emails were responded to quickly and efficiently and because of my putting the wrong last four of one of my cards I had to call in and that service on my phone call with Brian was quick easy and I really appreciate that you normally don’t get this type of service when you buy programs like this. I would love to just add that Optimus is a great tracker. It has had me at ease with my dad driving at 80 years old and knowing where he’s at at all times thank you.
