A few emails later a new tracker was being sent to me. Later that day the one That wasn’t working, started working. I emailed customer service, told them it was working and a return label was sent. When the new one arrived, simply returned it!

Trust Optimus 3 you will be Satisfied. I researched numerous affordable vehicle trackers and found Optimus 3 had the best reviews. It cost about $20.00 more than some of the competitors but seemed worth it. It came quickly, registration and set up were straight forward and easy. It worked flawlessly and enabled me to document abuse of the company truck and take immediate action. The employee protested initially but when I told him exactly where and when he had abused the truck usage the matter was settled.
