GBJust Like Sonic Ice Just Like Sonic Ice! The ice itself is awesome, just like Sonic ice. it’s great for making cocktails The ice maker is kind of loud, BUT that is due to how the nugget ice is made it’s hitting the plastic basket so that's to be expected. It makes ice pretty quickly. We use it daily. Literally 13 months later it broke right after the warranty expired. I contacted Newair's customer service from the website my customer service agent Vanessa was very friendly, apologetic about my issues and was extremely fast to get a replacement sent out. I just had to pay for shipping. Can’t wait to have my ice machine back.
