GBNewair Beer Foster Issue I called Newair about a problem I was having with my Beer Foster which is less than a year old. I talked with Hilary in Customer Service about this problem and she took the time to really listen to me. She took the time to explain what the problem was and how they would resolve my issue. With employees like Hilary she is a real asset to Newair.

CAMy ice machine… My ice machine chocked up some plastic pieces and since I live in Mexico Amazon would not extend the warranty. They did give me the number to Newair. I spoke with Elizabeth about the issue and all was good till I mentioned Mexico then she had to speak to a supervisor as they do not ship here. She worked the problem and kept me informed along the way and found a resolution. I contacted a cousin would often goes across the boarder from Canada to the USA and she acquired a postal delivery box and that satisfied Newair so they sent a replacement the next day. I only had to pay the small shipping fee. AWESOME job guy
