CAMy ice machine… My ice machine chocked up some plastic pieces and since I live in Mexico Amazon would not extend the warranty. They did give me the number to Newair. I spoke with Elizabeth about the issue and all was good till I mentioned Mexico then she had to speak to a supervisor as they do not ship here. She worked the problem and kept me informed along the way and found a resolution. I contacted a cousin would often goes across the boarder from Canada to the USA and she acquired a postal delivery box and that satisfied Newair so they sent a replacement the next day. I only had to pay the small shipping fee. AWESOME job guy

GBJust Like Sonic Ice Just Like Sonic Ice! The ice itself is awesome, just like Sonic ice. it’s great for making cocktails The ice maker is kind of loud, BUT that is due to how the nugget ice is made it’s hitting the plastic basket so that's to be expected. It makes ice pretty quickly. We use it daily. Literally 13 months later it broke right after the warranty expired. I contacted Newair's customer service from the website my customer service agent Vanessa was very friendly, apologetic about my issues and was extremely fast to get a replacement sent out. I just had to pay for shipping. Can’t wait to have my ice machine back.
