I talked with Hilary in Customer Service about this problem and she took the time to really listen to me. She took the time to explain what the problem was and how they would resolve my issue. When I called the toll-free #, I was directed to Liz, who was terrific. She was knowledgeable and easy to understand. We covered all of the issues, and she provided me with the requested information.
