In the beginning we primarily sold portable air conditioners and evaporative coolers. Today, our product categories have something for nearly every part of the home. Our web site now offers a wide range of compact appliances, from heating and cooling, to wine and beverage coolers, ice makers, humidors, and more. We’ve since moved out of the garage into a large warehouse and distribution center so that we can offer our customers same day free shipping from our headquarters in southern California or our east coast warehouse. When we first started NewAir, we knew it would be important to focus on quality products that meet our customer’s needs. Less than satisfied Well this is the third ice maker I’ve bought ’em from you totaling 1,500 dollars first one lasted maybe a year if that the second and third one right out of the box makes god awful noises. Two them need repairs

Just Like Sonic Ice Just Like Sonic Ice! The ice itself is awesome, just like Sonic ice. it’s great for making cocktails The ice maker is kind of loud, BUT that is due to how the nugget ice is made it’s hitting the plastic basket so that's to be expected. It makes ice pretty quickly. We use it daily. Literally 13 months later it broke right after the warranty expired. I contacted Newair's customer service from the website my customer service agent Vanessa was very friendly, apologetic about my issues and was extremely fast to get a replacement sent out. I just had to pay for shipping. Can’t wait to have my ice machine back.

Newair Beer Foster Issue I called Newair about a problem I was having with my Beer Foster which is less than a year old. I talked with Hilary in Customer Service about this problem and she took the time to really listen to me. She took the time to explain what the problem was and how they would resolve my issue. With employees like Hilary she is a real asset to Newair.

AWR-290DB Problem I had communications with both Vanessa and Liz’ (short for Elizabeth Martinez). Vanessa responded quickly and accurately. When I called the toll-free #, I was directed to Liz, who was terrific. She was knowledgeable and easy to understand. We covered all of the issues, and she provided me with the requested information. Liz’ made me feel a lot better, and I believe our technical problem will be resolved very soon. She’s been super.

Newair AWR-290DB Wine Cooler Display flashing isssue I called customer service to discuss an issue with my Newair wine cooler. I spoke with Laurellee and she diagnosed the issue and problem resolution within minutes. She provided excellent customer service and I was very pleased with the outcome. She was vey pleasant to deal with. She is an asset to your company.
