GBLess than satisfied Well this is the third ice maker I’ve bought ’em from you totaling 1,500 dollars first one lasted maybe a year if that the second and third one right out of the box makes god awful noises. Two them need repairs

GBAWR-290DB Problem I had communications with both Vanessa and Liz’ (short for Elizabeth Martinez). Vanessa responded quickly and accurately. When I called the toll-free #, I was directed to Liz, who was terrific. She was knowledgeable and easy to understand. We covered all of the issues, and she provided me with the requested information. Liz’ made me feel a lot better, and I believe our technical problem will be resolved very soon. She’s been super.
