I love music šŸŽ¶ I like music for example sounding of music,it makes me feel happy , secondly if I'm angry it make me to calm and be happy so music is great to listen , moreover I will said music is for everybody

Everything…great experience Everything…. From sending multiple pics of instrument to shipping.. first time buying from them… guitar came exactly as it should Beautiful Strandberg… looks like they need to restock some more Strandberg guitars…. I’m probably gonna be coming back for another one šŸ˜

Custom ordered Skervesen Raptor From the beginning of the process to the end, it was great and seamless. The individual, Ben, who assisted me with this was extremely patient and understanding. There was a lot of back and forth as this was my first custom order, never ordered anything custom prior to this, but after this experience I know exactly who and where to go for my custom guitars as this isn’t my last customer order I’ll be placing. Thank you Ben!!

I got a guitar through Music Store… I got a guitar through Music Store Live. It came damaged with a crack in the back of the guitar and a cracked knob. I returned the guitar and apparently it got damaged again through FedEx on the return. Their returns/tech people blamed me and tried to put this all on the customer, when in reality it was an issue with how FedEx treats their packages. The return/tech people were stubborn and hard headed. However, Fernando Fajardo, who was the head of this, was great and so understanding, and sent a replacement without question. Sometimes, as the customer you need to speak up when you're not being treated fairly. It doesn't always make you a Karen. If you are an honest person, I doubt you will have a bad time going through Fernando. He's a good man.
