After emailing the store directly, Ben got back to me within an hour and after answering a few more of my questions, we had worked out an agreement to purchase the guitar by that afternoon. I needed it for my sister's wedding and he got it to me ASAP. If I lived in CA, this would be my local shop! I would do business with them again.

Excellent First Purchase Experience Customer service was superior. The Loar mandolin I purchased arrived with an excellent setup. I didn't have to do a thing. Shipping was speedy and right in between Christmas and New Years to boot. A Guitar Delivered Perfect Guitar was delivered right on time, communication was excellent. They said that a tech would go over it, set it up and it happened, the guitar was perfect out of the box! The little envelope holding the hex key had been opened and taped shut, and I knew the neck had been adjusted. This guitar plays like a dream. I also appreciated the nice discount on the website.
