My experience was this >I Bought the SIRE LARRY CARLTON T7 one of the Best Guitars i ever owned i give this guitar a *10* ..Probably comparable to a USA made Fender in the $3,000 range. The quality Build of this Larry Carlton is Beyond my expectations, especially the FRET work... best i ever seen... People need to Stop thinking that the USA High cost made guitars are the best....

Excellent First Purchase Experience Customer service was superior. The Loar mandolin I purchased arrived with an excellent setup. I didn't have to do a thing. Shipping was speedy and right in between Christmas and New Years to boot. I haven't had any previous experience with Music Store Live, but their level of service far exceeded what I'm used to with the big online retailers.
