Trustworthy store for high-end gear I’m a repeat customer. I browse Music Store Live’s exquisite inventory every now and then. Every time I have made a purchase it has been smooth, uneventful, and I’ve been very satisfied with my purchase. The one time when I wasn’t entirely satisfied (customer error, I didn’t know what “relic guitar” meant and I got myself one), the return was super easy. Once I realized my mistake, I called the store, I explained my situation, and within 5 minutes they had issued my RMA. I strongly recommend this store. I look forward to do business with them in the future again.

Great Store will be back Great Store , i recently found online So happy i did, very accommodating company. My experience was this >I Bought the SIRE LARRY CARLTON T7 one of the Best Guitars i ever owned i give this guitar a *10* ..Probably comparable to a USA made Fender in the $3,000 range. The quality Build of this Larry Carlton is Beyond my expectations, especially the FRET work... best i ever seen... People need to Stop thinking that the USA High cost made guitars are the best....

Always a great experience with Music… Always a great experience with Music Store Live! They stand behind their goal of bringing the store to the customer. Fantastic in-stock selection, easy and transparent free return process, and excellent advice on the instruments. Ben has assisted me with several purchases, really helpful. He personally played my newest bass, Sadowsky Metroline Limited Edition, so could talk about the instrument. Not an assembly line type of process at all.Highly recommend!

I got a guitar through Music Store… I got a guitar through Music Store Live. It came damaged with a crack in the back of the guitar and a cracked knob. I returned the guitar and apparently it got damaged again through FedEx on the return. Their returns/tech people blamed me and tried to put this all on the customer, when in reality it was an issue with how FedEx treats their packages. The return/tech people were stubborn and hard headed. However, Fernando Fajardo, who was the head of this, was great and so understanding, and sent a replacement without question. Sometimes, as the customer you need to speak up when you're not being treated fairly. It doesn't always make you a Karen. If you are an honest person, I doubt you will have a bad time going through Fernando. He's a good man.
