However, there is still no history of previous purchases that I've made showing up in my acct, also I have never received a guitar within two days, usually at least a week. Great, Easy Service! A+ I had been researching a specific Martin guitar for some years and there were none available in my local market. I found it online at MusicStoreLive. After emailing the store directly, Ben got back to me within an hour and after answering a few more of my questions, we had worked out an agreement to purchase the guitar by that afternoon. I needed it for my sister's wedding and he got it to me ASAP. If I lived in CA, this would be my local shop! I would do business with them again.
