Trustworthy store for high-end gear I’m a repeat customer. I browse Music Store Live’s exquisite inventory every now and then. Every time I have made a purchase it has been smooth, uneventful, and I’ve been very satisfied with my purchase. The one time when I wasn’t entirely satisfied (customer error, I didn’t know what “relic guitar” meant and I got myself one), the return was super easy. Once I realized my mistake, I called the store, I explained my situation, and within 5 minutes they had issued my RMA. I strongly recommend this store.
