GBI got a guitar through Music Store… I got a guitar through Music Store Live. It came damaged with a crack in the back of the guitar and a cracked knob. I returned the guitar and apparently it got damaged again through FedEx on the return. Their returns/tech people blamed me and tried to put this all on the customer, when in reality it was an issue with how FedEx treats their packages. The return/tech people were stubborn and hard headed. However, Fernando Fajardo, who was the head of this, was great and so understanding, and sent a replacement without question. Sometimes, as the customer you need to speak up when you're not being treated fairly. It doesn't always make you a Karen. If you are an honest person, I doubt you will have a bad time going through Fernando. He's a good man.

GBGreat, Easy Service! A+ I had been researching a specific Martin guitar for some years and there were none available in my local market. I found it online at MusicStoreLive. After emailing the store directly, Ben got back to me within an hour and after answering a few more of my questions, we had worked out an agreement to purchase the guitar by that afternoon. I needed it for my sister's wedding and he got it to me ASAP. If I lived in CA, this would be my local shop! I would do business with them again.

GBExcellent First Purchase Experience Customer service was superior. The Loar mandolin I purchased arrived with an excellent setup. I didn't have to do a thing. Shipping was speedy and right in between Christmas and New Years to boot. I haven't had any previous experience with Music Store Live, but their level of service far exceeded what I'm used to with the big online retailers.
