GBGreat product but poor customer service The idea behind the MyZone belt/product is great; however, the support/customer service is absolutely appalling. Everything is behind emails and an app support button that both yield very little response from a company that promote and use a product in large gyms but don’t want to face the customers. A frustrating and really poor customer service experience.

GBAwful customer service.. Awful customer service... Happy to take your cash, but the after sales support is woeful. Currently waiting 7 days for a reply to my message - 3rd separate time I’ve been in touch to resolve the same issue. Shame, because the heart rate tracking is actually really helpful.

AUNo Service at My Zone I have had my MZ Switch for almost a year and have had nothing but trouble with not connecting or connecting and then dropping out. Have done all troubleshooting including ensuring device is fully charged and even bought 2 extra belts to try. No response to support ticket lodged through bot after 7 days. I replaced an earlier model as it had the same issues but it seems all their products have the same problems. I think they are waiting out warranty period before responding. Referring issue to Australian Fair Trading.

GBEasy to Use Wearable for You & Friends It's an easy to use wearable. The device lets you track your activities duration and the heartrate keeps track of intensity. Join challenges with friends or run it solo. It's a good device and helps encourage consistency with your exercises and has some fun community features.

GBReliable HR Tracker MyZone provides a reliable way for me to track my heart rate during planned workouts*. I like that I can virtually cheer on my connections. I like that I can compare workout-to-workout, month-to-month, and year-to-year what my output is/was. *I don't always put it on if I decide to do a quick core or yoga or pilates session, but I do use for my longer cardio/strength stacked workouts.
