GBMy RS 800i safe would not go online via… My RS 800i safe would not go online via Wi-Fi after a power outage. Emailed customer support and followed Grace’s detailed instruction on how to reset my safe to factory setting with a soft reset, and then a factory reset and it work. Outstanding support on all their safes. I own 2 safes and would highly recommend Vaulttek.

Recommend using at least 6-8 memory settings for each user on the biometric lock and from differing angles. Once you get it setup, it works really well. Click sets through Bluetooth connection to your cell phone.
