Honest review of a great item The product was as expected, and any shortcomings I had were wholly due to my failure to research the item especially since everything I needed to know was on the website. For example my full-size pistol with optic and light doesn’t fit in the pistol holders, yet Vaultek provides a template for one to check. The construction and appearance seems to be top-notch, with the exception of the keypad cover. Under light one can see what looks like cracks thru the keypad cover but really is some transparency. I like the modular nature of it, and I have since changed the layout for it. I also wish the product was made in the United States. I have yet to see how this product performs over time. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and would highly recommend for anyone wanting to protect and secure items safely, while still having rapid access as needed. I highly recommend this product and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.

Although I was out of warranty, Vaultek immediately shipped me a refurbished safe at no charge to me. That's the kind of customer service that is rare to see these days. Vaultek has a customer for life!
