I ordered an asic for the November Batch (15-30th) on November 20th, and it was delivered on November 26th. Communication by email and normal telephone was rather difficult, but I experienced very fast and good communication on WhatsApp. We received a tracking number via email, which to this day has the same status as "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA", but we received the normal one on WhatsApp. For a week and a half, we were afraid that nothing would happen to our package, but then it arrived very quickly. The delivery was much faster then anticipated The delivery was very fast. We had our miner in less than two weeks. We had some issues getting it started. We contacted customer service and they responded from overseas in less than 6 hours. Our problem turned out to be AI Protection on our Asus router. After correcting that, we were up and running.
