Communication by email and normal telephone was rather difficult, but I experienced very fast and good communication on WhatsApp. We received a tracking number via email, which to this day has the same status as "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA", but we received the normal one on WhatsApp. For a week and a half, we were afraid that nothing would happen to our package, but then it arrived very quickly. Customer service was on point Customer service was on point. When I placed my order I paid for expedited shipping. When my order did not arrive in the time frame I expected I have contacted their customer service. They were able to push it through right away and in addition upgraded me to a higher hashrate miner. Yes shipping still took several weeks but that was outside of Viperatech Control. On their end they have resolved my issue right away and made me feel better about the delay by offering slightly better product. Thank you for positive first time experience with your company. I am always a bit weary purchasing Asics from a new vendor.

Everything went well Everything went well, the only thing I would like to point out is that the order arrived from a sender in Hong Kong and therefore I didn't understand it came from viperatech. I had to trust and pay the customs duties, if I hadn't done so I would have lost the package.
