The delivery was much faster then anticipated The delivery was very fast. We had our miner in less than two weeks. We had some issues getting it started. We contacted customer service and they responded from overseas in less than 6 hours. Our problem turned out to be AI Protection on our Asus router. After correcting that, we were up and running. Received 4th machine from Viperatech Have purchased 4 miners at Viperatech in the last year in 4 separate transactions. Always received what I paid for and these 4 machines are running to this day. I am planning on getting a 5th machine and would not go elsewhere.

Ordered miner Ordered miner, told me its in stock and that they can send it as soon as they recieve the payment. They received it and 10 days later still did not sent the miner, say its a delay and offering refund. I need the miner and not a refund, if they were fair they should send a partial refund because of waiting that was not the deal.

ASIC miner review. One of the only miner distributor accepting Credit Cards. Fast, smooth and easy purchasing process. Good customer support. The status of the order can improve, as it showed "still in process" when it was already long shipped.

Viperatech is legit but takes patience. US company location. Can pay with cryptocurrency. Like all ASICs you generally have to prepay for a nonexistent product that doesn’t get drop-shipped from China for 2 to 3 months which does suck. That being said Viperatech is trustworthy and so is Jasminer which is a huge plus!
