I am a returning customer I am a returning customer. I have ordered from Vipera starting with 3 L7s back in the 2021 bullrun and 1 D7. I spoke with James back in the day and felt he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Since then I have grown and have come back and ordered from them in 2024. They have very competitive pricing and are a trusted supplier in ASICS.

I started off looking for trustworthy… I started off looking for trustworthy places to buy asics that has a location in Canada. Now this is the main place I go to buy my miners. Even the preorders went really smoothly. The whatsapp customer service feature is super convenient as well. Highly recommended

Customer service was on point Customer service was on point. When I placed my order I paid for expedited shipping. When my order did not arrive in the time frame I expected I have contacted their customer service. They were able to push it through right away and in addition upgraded me to a higher hashrate miner. Yes shipping still took several weeks but that was outside of Viperatech Control. On their end they have resolved my issue right away and made me feel better about the delay by offering slightly better product. Thank you for positive first time experience with your company. I am always a bit weary purchasing Asics from a new vendor.

James and the staff were super… James and the staff were super accommodating. They went above and beyond for a guy in my situation who is just trying to scrape together all the money and credit card limits I could to get a miner. It was an arduous process. They even stuck with me when I thought I might have been getting charged an unfairly high price. So, very good ambassadors of the crypto community for someone new to ASIC mining. It worked out just fantastic in the end. I'm waiting on a refinance to come through and hope I can buy more. If it comes through I will buy the next time with just a few clicks and not take up so much of their time. If I could give any constructive feedback it would be to have an option to split cards more like eBay does it, where the user can select the amount from the one card and process it. Also, the price on the website for the miner was not up to date, so maybe a little disclaimer in red that says something like, 'Item price is the best estimate and subject to supply and demand constraints. Though, Vipera does offer competitive pricing compared to other mining sellers'. But, I know how challenging full stack Web Development is.

Viperatech is legit but takes patience. US company location. Can pay with cryptocurrency. Like all ASICs you generally have to prepay for a nonexistent product that doesn’t get drop-shipped from China for 2 to 3 months which does suck. That being said Viperatech is trustworthy and so is Jasminer which is a huge plus!
