The delivery was much faster then anticipated The delivery was very fast. We had our miner in less than two weeks. We had some issues getting it started. We contacted customer service and they responded from overseas in less than 6 hours. Our problem turned out to be AI Protection on our Asus router. After correcting that, we were up and running. Customer service was on point Customer service was on point. When I placed my order I paid for expedited shipping. When my order did not arrive in the time frame I expected I have contacted their customer service. They were able to push it through right away and in addition upgraded me to a higher hashrate miner. Yes shipping still took several weeks but that was outside of Viperatech Control. On their end they have resolved my issue right away and made me feel better about the delay by offering slightly better product. Thank you for positive first time experience with your company. I am always a bit weary purchasing Asics from a new vendor.

Made the process easy and fast This is my first time ordering an asic. I picked this site because it accepted credit cards. I ordered an asic for the November Batch (15-30th) on November 20th, and it was delivered on November 26th.
