Communication by email and normal telephone was rather difficult, but I experienced very fast and good communication on WhatsApp. We received a tracking number via email, which to this day has the same status as "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA", but we received the normal one on WhatsApp. For a week and a half, we were afraid that nothing would happen to our package, but then it arrived very quickly. Ordered miner Ordered miner, told me its in stock and that they can send it as soon as they recieve the payment. They received it and 10 days later still did not sent the miner, say its a delay and offering refund. I need the miner and not a refund, if they were fair they should send a partial refund because of waiting that was not the deal.
