BNSurprisingly scammer, fraud business style Viperatech scammed me, beware! Dont get delusional by their gimmick marketing using CNN interview video they put in their website/IG. Read the 1 star review in trustpilot and you ll know the real issue with Vipera. My experience I bought GPU Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada and I paid full amount for over $8000 in January 2024 (SI-1269) but what I received was RTX A6000 which is the older version, lower spec and cheaper by over $3000!. The product they sent me is totally different from what is shown in my invoice , what being shown in the website and and it seems they ignoring my case. So they are stealing my money by doing this wrongful, fraud business style. Vipera also sent the GPU just wrapped in bubble wrap, without the original box given , no warrant card, no manual ec. It is just a-single GPU in a bubble wrap. and what surprise me more is they sent using a used biscuit box. I still cant believe myself when I received a package in that condition. Dont they have QC/QA? Further to that, prior to my order in January 2024, I chat with them to confirm delivery time which they said lead time is just for few days and in the invoice it stated delivery will be February 2024. The delivery didnt happen until April 2024. After such a long wait, I am really dissapointed when they sent me the wrong product and they totally ignoring me now. I sent multiple email, tickets, call them and use chat function to get their assistance to assist with returning the wrong product to them but they never answered my chat/call/email/ticket and it is almost 2weeks now since I received the wrong product and 3months since I paid the full amount. I still remember how responsive they were before I made the order, and now they totally silent after receiving my money. In summary 1. I received wrong GPU product from Viperatech. Product I received is $3000 cheaper than what I supposed to receive 2 . The wrong product receive comes without any original Nvidia box, no warranty card, no manual given. It is just GPU and bubble wrap. 3. Vipers send the GPU using a biscuit box only. What kind of quality control is this. 4.. I want to return the wrong product but they never answer my email/chat/call etc. It has been almost 2 weeks since I received the wrong product and they still dont want to answer me. I will amend this review if they will guide me how to return the wrong product and to send me the actual product I ordered. stop stealing Vipera!

I was going to suggest to my 200K followers on twitter to buy from viperatech As one of the Arab influencers on cryptocurrency ..so ...I tried to make a deal with the site by conversation number to get more Asic’s ..the customer service agent was not respectful to me ..he told me bad word and he mock me .. and he block me on the WhatsApp … I have a screenshots to proof …I don’t know why big and trusted company like viperatech are hiring disrespectful agent ..so I need an apologise by the agent ..to this bad word to me ..thanks …

HUBitmain 9.4TH Hello, thank you very much for 9.4TH, it finally arrived. Communication by email and normal telephone was rather difficult, but I experienced very fast and good communication on WhatsApp. We received a tracking number via email, which to this day has the same status as "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA", but we received the normal one on WhatsApp. For a week and a half, we were afraid that nothing would happen to our package, but then it arrived very quickly. PLCustomer service was on point Customer service was on point. When I placed my order I paid for expedited shipping. When my order did not arrive in the time frame I expected I have contacted their customer service. They were able to push it through right away and in addition upgraded me to a higher hashrate miner. Yes shipping still took several weeks but that was outside of Viperatech Control. On their end they have resolved my issue right away and made me feel better about the delay by offering slightly better product. Thank you for positive first time experience with your company. I am always a bit weary purchasing Asics from a new vendor.
