Like all ASICs you generally have to prepay for a nonexistent product that doesn’t get drop-shipped from China for 2 to 3 months which does suck. That being said Viperatech is trustworthy and so is Jasminer which is a huge plus!

Communication by email and normal telephone was rather difficult, but I experienced very fast and good communication on WhatsApp. We received a tracking number via email, which to this day has the same status as "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA", but we received the normal one on WhatsApp. For a week and a half, we were afraid that nothing would happen to our package, but then it arrived very quickly.
