Communication by email and normal telephone was rather difficult, but I experienced very fast and good communication on WhatsApp. We received a tracking number via email, which to this day has the same status as "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA", but we received the normal one on WhatsApp. For a week and a half, we were afraid that nothing would happen to our package, but then it arrived very quickly. Viperatech is legit but takes patience. US company location. Can pay with cryptocurrency. Like all ASICs you generally have to prepay for a nonexistent product that doesn’t get drop-shipped from China for 2 to 3 months which does suck. That being said Viperatech is trustworthy and so is Jasminer which is a huge plus!
