When my order did not arrive in the time frame I expected I have contacted their customer service. They were able to push it through right away and in addition upgraded me to a higher hashrate miner. Yes shipping still took several weeks but that was outside of Viperatech Control. On their end they have resolved my issue right away and made me feel better about the delay by offering slightly better product. Thank you for positive first time experience with your company. I am always a bit weary purchasing Asics from a new vendor.
