Everything went well Everything went well, the only thing I would like to point out is that the order arrived from a sender in Hong Kong and therefore I didn't understand it came from viperatech. I had to trust and pay the customs duties, if I hadn't done so I would have lost the package.

Received 4th machine from Viperatech Have purchased 4 miners at Viperatech in the last year in 4 separate transactions. Always received what I paid for and these 4 machines are running to this day. I am planning on getting a 5th machine and would not go elsewhere.

The company delivered as promised! I put in my purchase of the miner oct 29, 2023. The item was delivered nov 28th, 2023 as promised. I will definitely will continue my purchase’s through this company. Thank for your service and prompt response! Great experience! Respectfully, James Nardi

Nice site..but Unprofessional support. Hello ..I have been order an asic miner and the condition is perfect.. I was going to suggest to my 200K followers on twitter to buy from viperatech As one of the Arab influencers on cryptocurrency ..so ...I tried to make a deal with the site by conversation number to get more Asic’s ..the customer service agent was not respectful to me ..he told me bad word and he mock me .. and he block me on the WhatsApp … I have a screenshots to proof …I don’t know why big and trusted company like viperatech are hiring disrespectful agent ..so I need an apologise by the agent ..to this bad word to me ..thanks …

I started off looking for trustworthy… I started off looking for trustworthy places to buy asics that has a location in Canada. Now this is the main place I go to buy my miners. Even the preorders went really smoothly. The whatsapp customer service feature is super convenient as well. Highly recommended
