Communication by email and normal telephone was rather difficult, but I experienced very fast and good communication on WhatsApp. We received a tracking number via email, which to this day has the same status as "Shipment information received HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA", but we received the normal one on WhatsApp. For a week and a half, we were afraid that nothing would happen to our package, but then it arrived very quickly. Received 4th machine from Viperatech Have purchased 4 miners at Viperatech in the last year in 4 separate transactions. Always received what I paid for and these 4 machines are running to this day. I am planning on getting a 5th machine and would not go elsewhere.

Made the process easy and fast This is my first time ordering an asic. I picked this site because it accepted credit cards. I ordered an asic for the November Batch (15-30th) on November 20th, and it was delivered on November 26th. I had many questions as I'm new to mining so the support chat was very helpful and they told me exactly what I needed.

Viperatech is legit but takes patience. US company location. Can pay with cryptocurrency. Like all ASICs you generally have to prepay for a nonexistent product that doesn’t get drop-shipped from China for 2 to 3 months which does suck. That being said Viperatech is trustworthy and so is Jasminer which is a huge plus!

Customer service was on point Customer service was on point. When I placed my order I paid for expedited shipping. When my order did not arrive in the time frame I expected I have contacted their customer service. They were able to push it through right away and in addition upgraded me to a higher hashrate miner. Yes shipping still took several weeks but that was outside of Viperatech Control. On their end they have resolved my issue right away and made me feel better about the delay by offering slightly better product. Thank you for positive first time experience with your company. I am always a bit weary purchasing Asics from a new vendor.
