Watch not best fit for special needs kids I bought this watch for my son who has some special needs based on online reviews. however the watches unit it’s quite heavy and bulky and the strap is not easy for for my son to strap on his own the single color strap makes it hard for him to see where it goes into the holes. Also the camera location is a bit inconvenient he’s not able to take photographs and it does not have a flash function.

Finally a watch that does EXACTLY what parents need it to do! This watch was easy to set up straight out of the box. Clear, easy to understand instructions and help videos, for the not so tech savvy parents. Emails from Ticktalk every step of the way. Customer service was available, friendly and fixed my minor GPS tracking issue within seconds. And the best part, with the DND function, once explained to teachers, SCHOOL APPROVED! Finally a watch that does exactly what parents need it to do!

Excellent customer service! We bought this watch for our 9 year old for his birthday. After reading many reviews, we were excited about all the parent protections and customized features. Unfortunately, only a few days after his birthday, our our puppy got a hold of it. We reached out to customer service, and they were extremely helpful in finding us a replacement product!

Awesome Investment! Love! Ordered this watch for my 9 year old son who isn’t ready for a phone yet and was having some anxiety at school. Now he can text/call us whenever he needs to and trust me he does lol! Love the GPS location feature and how I can control all aspects of his watch through the app on my phone. Highly recommend!

Just a Headache All set up instructions have to be looked up online. Watch wouldn't allow video call from the watch to my phone. Website didn't have a customer service number, took forever to find it online. Once able to call the service was great and quick, but email service request took over 24 hours to respond. Location wouldn't work! Showed him on the other side of town when the watch was right next to me. Still doesn't have functioning location, it is off by a half mile or more. Not helpful, not as advertised.
