Clear, easy to understand instructions and help videos, for the not so tech savvy parents. Emails from Ticktalk every step of the way. Customer service was available, friendly and fixed my minor GPS tracking issue within seconds. And the best part, with the DND function, once explained to teachers, SCHOOL APPROVED! Finally a watch that does exactly what parents need it to do!

USDefinitely worth a try! Watch itself looks awesome and feels like a much more expensive product. Setup process is quite simple, thanks to step by step online manual with excellent video guide. Screen is bright and vibrant, interface is perfectly smooth and lag-free. While the quality of video and wifi calls is simply outstanding the regular voice calls have issues with mic sensitivity- kid needs to raise the voice significantly to be heard. Looks more like a software than hardware issue to me. The mobile app lets you adjust all the necessary aspects of your watch and is easy to understand. Support team is very quick and responsive.

USTickTalk 4 Watch TickTalk 4 Watch: Our 10-year-old son has had the TickTalk4 watch for almost 2 years now. We love the features of the watch offers. The peace of mind to know where he is with the ability to track him when he is away from home; the ability to listen in on him and the ability for him to contact only family and friends that are approved; the ability to set up the fire wall to stop unwanted calls. He loves wearing it, and telling friends that he has a watch phone. The extra bonus with the TickTalk4 watch is the customer service. He recently broke the watch band, we contacted customer service, Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager responded quickly and immediately offered solutions to our problem. Tiffany has guided us through this process and has taken excellent care of us. We appreciated the awesome customer service from Tiffany Adams, and we feel valued as a customer.

USExcellent customer service! We bought this watch for our 9 year old for his birthday. After reading many reviews, we were excited about all the parent protections and customized features. Unfortunately, only a few days after his birthday, our our puppy got a hold of it. We reached out to customer service, and they were extremely helpful in finding us a replacement product!

USOverall the watch is great Overall the watch is great! We have two watches for both of my two littles. A needed update though: The 'Do Not Disturb' function doesn't allow a carry over into the next day. So you have to set two separate DND functions for sleep time. As well, they don't overlap or meet exactly, so there is a one minute time frame from 11:59 PM to 12:00AM which allows for messages and notifications to come through the watch in the middle of the night. The kids love that they can now be in touch with everyone in our family!
