Awesome watch, great customer service! My babies love their watches! I love they have the freedom to text and call friends and family that I approve through the APP. It also gives me peace of mind to be able to track them when they are away from me, especially with them now riding the bus from school in afternoons. An added bonus is the customer service. Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager, not only responded to my issue quickly but made me feel valued as a customer. I did days of research and comparing kids smart watches before choosing this one and I am so glad I did!

Top Notch Company/Product My kid loves this watch and so do I. He adores this watch because it makes him feel like a big kid. We like it because we can track him at all times. I also love the do not disturb feature that we can turn on during school. I had an issue with the watch I sent a message to customer service. My request was answered within one hour. My issue was resolved quickly and the outcome exceeded my expectations! Their customer service is top notch! I would recommend this product and this company to everyone!

Just a Headache All set up instructions have to be looked up online. Watch wouldn't allow video call from the watch to my phone. Website didn't have a customer service number, took forever to find it online. Once able to call the service was great and quick, but email service request took over 24 hours to respond. Location wouldn't work! Showed him on the other side of town when the watch was right next to me. Still doesn't have functioning location, it is off by a half mile or more. Not helpful, not as advertised.

Awesome Investment! Love! Ordered this watch for my 9 year old son who isn’t ready for a phone yet and was having some anxiety at school. Now he can text/call us whenever he needs to and trust me he does lol! Love the GPS location feature and how I can control all aspects of his watch through the app on my phone. Highly recommend!

Best ever!! I got two watches for my 8yr old twin boys. These watches are better than I could ever imagine! They give me peace of mind and keep me in contact with them anytime I need. I love the do not disturb feature and how the gps updates immediately. They also lessen the anxiety that my kids had from not being able to see me immediately (ie. Park, ride, walking). 100% buy again! Everyone should buy their child one!!
