GBAwesome watch, great customer service! My babies love their watches! I love they have the freedom to text and call friends and family that I approve through the APP. It also gives me peace of mind to be able to track them when they are away from me, especially with them now riding the bus from school in afternoons. An added bonus is the customer service. Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager, not only responded to my issue quickly but made me feel valued as a customer. I did days of research and comparing kids smart watches before choosing this one and I am so glad I did!

GBWatch not best fit for special needs kids I bought this watch for my son who has some special needs based on online reviews. however the watches unit it’s quite heavy and bulky and the strap is not easy for for my son to strap on his own the single color strap makes it hard for him to see where it goes into the holes. Also the camera location is a bit inconvenient he’s not able to take photographs and it does not have a flash function.

GBDefinitely worth a try! Watch itself looks awesome and feels like a much more expensive product. Setup process is quite simple, thanks to step by step online manual with excellent video guide. Screen is bright and vibrant, interface is perfectly smooth and lag-free. While the quality of video and wifi calls is simply outstanding the regular voice calls have issues with mic sensitivity- kid needs to raise the voice significantly to be heard. Looks more like a software than hardware issue to me. The mobile app lets you adjust all the necessary aspects of your watch and is easy to understand. Support team is very quick and responsive.

The peace of mind to know where he is with the ability to track him when he is away from home; the ability to listen in on him and the ability for him to contact only family and friends that are approved; the ability to set up the fire wall to stop unwanted calls. He loves wearing it, and telling friends that he has a watch phone. The extra bonus with the TickTalk4 watch is the customer service. He recently broke the watch band, we contacted customer service, Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager responded quickly and immediately offered solutions to our problem. Tiffany has guided us through this process and has taken excellent care of us. We appreciated the awesome customer service from Tiffany Adams, and we feel valued as a customer.

GBCan't go without this watch! We LOVE the watch we got for our son. He has some anxiety about being away from us (his parents) and this has really helped him feel connected to us when he's away on the bus or at school or even just out playing with his friends in the front of the house. One of the sides of the watch broke about a year in and super glue fixed it right up lol we couldn't part with it long enough to send it back to get a new one!
