GBAwesome watch, great customer service! My babies love their watches! I love they have the freedom to text and call friends and family that I approve through the APP. It also gives me peace of mind to be able to track them when they are away from me, especially with them now riding the bus from school in afternoons. An added bonus is the customer service. Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager, not only responded to my issue quickly but made me feel valued as a customer. I did days of research and comparing kids smart watches before choosing this one and I am so glad I did!

GBBest ever!! I got two watches for my 8yr old twin boys. These watches are better than I could ever imagine! They give me peace of mind and keep me in contact with them anytime I need. I love the do not disturb feature and how the gps updates immediately. They also lessen the anxiety that my kids had from not being able to see me immediately (ie. Park, ride, walking). 100% buy again! Everyone should buy their child one!!

GBCan't go without this watch! We LOVE the watch we got for our son. He has some anxiety about being away from us (his parents) and this has really helped him feel connected to us when he's away on the bus or at school or even just out playing with his friends in the front of the house. One of the sides of the watch broke about a year in and super glue fixed it right up lol we couldn't part with it long enough to send it back to get a new one!

GBgreat watch for kids watch signal and gps functions are stable, no build-in game for kids, very convenient to use. Customer service is super good. We had a couple of issues with watch band and charging cables, and customer service has been always very helpful. Already recommended to several friends with primary school kids.

GB.... Everything looked great when I received the phone, until it was time to pair it. There was no settings option available go get to the QR code. All it was was the home screen, lock screen to enter in a password, and the notifications screen. After numerous attempts to figure it out on my own I was unsuccessful, so I called customer service. Upon speaking with the rep she was able to see the watch was previously purchased and set up by some guy name JAKE. She said some ppl often set up these devices and end up returning them for whatever reason. Its pretty disa to know that the devices that are being sent back are put back in the self and being sent out to the next customer that purchases it. It makes me wonder if device was used or even refurbished for that matter. For the inconvenience I did get a 20 credit back to me CC and she was able to reset the settings but still do BETTER Tick Talk. Your devices aren't cheap. Customers shouldnt have to be dealing with these issues. I hope I dont have issues with the watch itself in the days or weeks to come.
