Awesome Investment! Love! Ordered this watch for my 9 year old son who isn’t ready for a phone yet and was having some anxiety at school. Now he can text/call us whenever he needs to and trust me he does lol! Love the GPS location feature and how I can control all aspects of his watch through the app on my phone. Highly recommend!

My 9 year old loves the watch! My 9 year old loves the watch. He had a different one before with some different features that he misses. He had one friend he loved texting, but he can't now because you have to text through the app. I wish he could text the approved contacts he has without them having to have the app. Other than that the watch is great! I can hear him clearly when he calls and we haven't had any issues so far.

Overall the watch is great Overall the watch is great! We have two watches for both of my two littles. A needed update though: The 'Do Not Disturb' function doesn't allow a carry over into the next day. So you have to set two separate DND functions for sleep time. As well, they don't overlap or meet exactly, so there is a one minute time frame from 11:59 PM to 12:00AM which allows for messages and notifications to come through the watch in the middle of the night. The kids love that they can now be in touch with everyone in our family!

TickTalk 4 Watch TickTalk 4 Watch: Our 10-year-old son has had the TickTalk4 watch for almost 2 years now. We love the features of the watch offers. The peace of mind to know where he is with the ability to track him when he is away from home; the ability to listen in on him and the ability for him to contact only family and friends that are approved; the ability to set up the fire wall to stop unwanted calls. He loves wearing it, and telling friends that he has a watch phone. The extra bonus with the TickTalk4 watch is the customer service. He recently broke the watch band, we contacted customer service, Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager responded quickly and immediately offered solutions to our problem. Tiffany has guided us through this process and has taken excellent care of us. We appreciated the awesome customer service from Tiffany Adams, and we feel valued as a customer.

We love our TickTalk4 User/kid friendly. Reasonably priced, reliable service and stays charged for a while. The only draw back is sometimes i notice the tracker isn't always spot on. I believe the tracker is dependent on the neighboring cellular towers so it can only be as accurate as the reception. I love how you can approve or disapprove who your child communicates with on their watch. The peace of mind I get with my child having this watch is priceless! I would certainly recommend parents look into TickTalk. I researched two other options and didn't choose them due to short battery life, and lack of safety precautions. We selected TickTalk4 as a way to slow walk our child into having their own phone. If they show responsibility with this watch by keeping up with it and keeping it charged etc than a phone will come next. If you want something you and your child can use to communicate(text or video call) eachother and make sure they are safe when not in your presence, this product is for you!
