Awesome watch, great customer service! My babies love their watches! I love they have the freedom to text and call friends and family that I approve through the APP. It also gives me peace of mind to be able to track them when they are away from me, especially with them now riding the bus from school in afternoons. An added bonus is the customer service. Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager, not only responded to my issue quickly but made me feel valued as a customer. I did days of research and comparing kids smart watches before choosing this one and I am so glad I did!

Top Notch Company/Product My kid loves this watch and so do I. He adores this watch because it makes him feel like a big kid. We like it because we can track him at all times. I also love the do not disturb feature that we can turn on during school. I had an issue with the watch I sent a message to customer service. My request was answered within one hour. My issue was resolved quickly and the outcome exceeded my expectations! Their customer service is top notch! I would recommend this product and this company to everyone!

The TickTalk Watch Won’t Disappoint! Our family has loved the TickTalk Watch products! Several years ago, we started with a TickTalk 3, then upgraded to the TickTalk 4. My favorite part about the watch itself is how reliable the service is and how accurate the gps tracking is. We now live in a rural part of the country and it hasn’t affected the quality of service the watch receives. I also love that I have control over who contacts my child and it filters out all other incoming spam. My child’s favorite feature is the camera! She loves that she can take pictures and selfies. She also loves that she can video call! The TickTalk company has always provided excellent customer service! Anytime we have reached out with questions, they are always prompt to respond.
