GBDefinitely worth a try! Watch itself looks awesome and feels like a much more expensive product. Setup process is quite simple, thanks to step by step online manual with excellent video guide. Screen is bright and vibrant, interface is perfectly smooth and lag-free. While the quality of video and wifi calls is simply outstanding the regular voice calls have issues with mic sensitivity- kid needs to raise the voice significantly to be heard. Looks more like a software than hardware issue to me. The mobile app lets you adjust all the necessary aspects of your watch and is easy to understand. Support team is very quick and responsive.

GBgreat watch for kids watch signal and gps functions are stable, no build-in game for kids, very convenient to use. Customer service is super good. We had a couple of issues with watch band and charging cables, and customer service has been always very helpful. Already recommended to several friends with primary school kids.

The peace of mind to know where he is with the ability to track him when he is away from home; the ability to listen in on him and the ability for him to contact only family and friends that are approved; the ability to set up the fire wall to stop unwanted calls. He loves wearing it, and telling friends that he has a watch phone. The extra bonus with the TickTalk4 watch is the customer service. He recently broke the watch band, we contacted customer service, Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager responded quickly and immediately offered solutions to our problem. GBFinally a watch that does EXACTLY what parents need it to do! This watch was easy to set up straight out of the box. Clear, easy to understand instructions and help videos, for the not so tech savvy parents. Emails from Ticktalk every step of the way. Customer service was available, friendly and fixed my minor GPS tracking issue within seconds. And the best part, with the DND function, once explained to teachers, SCHOOL APPROVED! Finally a watch that does exactly what parents need it to do!

GBThe TickTalk watch and service is great The TickTalk watch is great, as we now feel comfortable letting our son ride around the neighborhood without us and we always know where he is and can reach him if needed. It’s been very reliable! Unfortunately, it was almost destroyed by a dog at a friend’s house. Thankfully, Tiffany Adams in the customer service department has been very helpful and efficient in helping us get a replacement. We’ve had no problems with the watch or the company. Thank you!
