GBThe TickTalk Watch Won’t Disappoint! Our family has loved the TickTalk Watch products! Several years ago, we started with a TickTalk 3, then upgraded to the TickTalk 4. My favorite part about the watch itself is how reliable the service is and how accurate the gps tracking is. We now live in a rural part of the country and it hasn’t affected the quality of service the watch receives. I also love that I have control over who contacts my child and it filters out all other incoming spam. My child’s favorite feature is the camera! She loves that she can take pictures and selfies. She also loves that she can video call! The TickTalk company has always provided excellent customer service! Anytime we have reached out with questions, they are always prompt to respond. Most recently, Mrs. Adam’s helped us with a replacement watch. I highly recommend products from the TickTalk Watch company! You will not be disappointed!

GBOverall the watch is great Overall the watch is great! We have two watches for both of my two littles. A needed update though: The 'Do Not Disturb' function doesn't allow a carry over into the next day. So you have to set two separate DND functions for sleep time. As well, they don't overlap or meet exactly, so there is a one minute time frame from 11:59 PM to 12:00AM which allows for messages and notifications to come through the watch in the middle of the night. The kids love that they can now be in touch with everyone in our family!

GB.... Everything looked great when I received the phone, until it was time to pair it. There was no settings option available go get to the QR code. All it was was the home screen, lock screen to enter in a password, and the notifications screen. After numerous attempts to figure it out on my own I was unsuccessful, so I called customer service. Upon speaking with the rep she was able to see the watch was previously purchased and set up by some guy name JAKE. She said some ppl often set up these devices and end up returning them for whatever reason. Its pretty disa to know that the devices that are being sent back are put back in the self and being sent out to the next customer that purchases it. It makes me wonder if device was used or even refurbished for that matter. For the inconvenience I did get a 20 credit back to me CC and she was able to reset the settings but still do BETTER Tick Talk. Your devices aren't cheap. Customers shouldnt have to be dealing with these issues. I hope I dont have issues with the watch itself in the days or weeks to come.

GBCan't go without this watch! We LOVE the watch we got for our son. He has some anxiety about being away from us (his parents) and this has really helped him feel connected to us when he's away on the bus or at school or even just out playing with his friends in the front of the house. One of the sides of the watch broke about a year in and super glue fixed it right up lol we couldn't part with it long enough to send it back to get a new one!

GBJust a Headache All set up instructions have to be looked up online. Watch wouldn't allow video call from the watch to my phone. Website didn't have a customer service number, took forever to find it online. Once able to call the service was great and quick, but email service request took over 24 hours to respond. Location wouldn't work! Showed him on the other side of town when the watch was right next to me. Still doesn't have functioning location, it is off by a half mile or more. Not helpful, not as advertised.
