Awesome watch, great customer service! My babies love their watches! I love they have the freedom to text and call friends and family that I approve through the APP. It also gives me peace of mind to be able to track them when they are away from me, especially with them now riding the bus from school in afternoons. An added bonus is the customer service. Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager, not only responded to my issue quickly but made me feel valued as a customer. I did days of research and comparing kids smart watches before choosing this one and I am so glad I did!

TickTalk 4 Watch TickTalk 4 Watch: Our 10-year-old son has had the TickTalk4 watch for almost 2 years now. We love the features of the watch offers. The peace of mind to know where he is with the ability to track him when he is away from home; the ability to listen in on him and the ability for him to contact only family and friends that are approved; the ability to set up the fire wall to stop unwanted calls. He loves wearing it, and telling friends that he has a watch phone. The extra bonus with the TickTalk4 watch is the customer service. He recently broke the watch band, we contacted customer service, Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager responded quickly and immediately offered solutions to our problem. Best ever!! I got two watches for my 8yr old twin boys. These watches are better than I could ever imagine! They give me peace of mind and keep me in contact with them anytime I need. I love the do not disturb feature and how the gps updates immediately. They also lessen the anxiety that my kids had from not being able to see me immediately (ie. Park, ride, walking). 100% buy again! Everyone should buy their child one!!

The TickTalk Watch Won’t Disappoint! Our family has loved the TickTalk Watch products! Several years ago, we started with a TickTalk 3, then upgraded to the TickTalk 4. My favorite part about the watch itself is how reliable the service is and how accurate the gps tracking is. We now live in a rural part of the country and it hasn’t affected the quality of service the watch receives. I also love that I have control over who contacts my child and it filters out all other incoming spam. My child’s favorite feature is the camera! She loves that she can take pictures and selfies. She also loves that she can video call! The TickTalk company has always provided excellent customer service! Anytime we have reached out with questions, they are always prompt to respond. Most recently, Mrs. Adam’s helped us with a replacement watch. I highly recommend products from the TickTalk Watch company! You will not be disappointed!

Great investment I am thoroughly enjoying the watch! My babies ride the school bus and contact me daily to let me know they are ok. I highly recommend the watch. Customer service is top notch, especially Tiffiny Adams the Customer Service Manager. They are very fast to respond and have great hours where I can call after work.
