GBCan't go without this watch! We LOVE the watch we got for our son. He has some anxiety about being away from us (his parents) and this has really helped him feel connected to us when he's away on the bus or at school or even just out playing with his friends in the front of the house. One of the sides of the watch broke about a year in and super glue fixed it right up lol we couldn't part with it long enough to send it back to get a new one!

GBMy 9 year old loves the watch! My 9 year old loves the watch. He had a different one before with some different features that he misses. He had one friend he loved texting, but he can't now because you have to text through the app. I wish he could text the approved contacts he has without them having to have the app. Other than that the watch is great! I can hear him clearly when he calls and we haven't had any issues so far.

GBTop Notch Company/Product My kid loves this watch and so do I. He adores this watch because it makes him feel like a big kid. We like it because we can track him at all times. I also love the do not disturb feature that we can turn on during school. I had an issue with the watch I sent a message to customer service. My request was answered within one hour. My issue was resolved quickly and the outcome exceeded my expectations! Their customer service is top notch! I would recommend this product and this company to everyone!

GB.... Everything looked great when I received the phone, until it was time to pair it. There was no settings option available go get to the QR code. All it was was the home screen, lock screen to enter in a password, and the notifications screen. After numerous attempts to figure it out on my own I was unsuccessful, so I called customer service. Upon speaking with the rep she was able to see the watch was previously purchased and set up by some guy name JAKE. She said some ppl often set up these devices and end up returning them for whatever reason. Its pretty disa to know that the devices that are being sent back are put back in the self and being sent out to the next customer that purchases it. It makes me wonder if device was used or even refurbished for that matter. For the inconvenience I did get a 20 credit back to me CC and she was able to reset the settings but still do BETTER Tick Talk. Your devices aren't cheap. Customers shouldnt have to be dealing with these issues. I hope I dont have issues with the watch itself in the days or weeks to come.

GBThe TickTalk watch and service is great The TickTalk watch is great, as we now feel comfortable letting our son ride around the neighborhood without us and we always know where he is and can reach him if needed. It’s been very reliable! Unfortunately, it was almost destroyed by a dog at a friend’s house. Thankfully, Tiffany Adams in the customer service department has been very helpful and efficient in helping us get a replacement. We’ve had no problems with the watch or the company. Thank you!
