Clear, easy to understand instructions and help videos, for the not so tech savvy parents. Emails from Ticktalk every step of the way. Customer service was available, friendly and fixed my minor GPS tracking issue within seconds. And the best part, with the DND function, once explained to teachers, SCHOOL APPROVED! Finally a watch that does exactly what parents need it to do!

GBTop Notch Company/Product My kid loves this watch and so do I. He adores this watch because it makes him feel like a big kid. We like it because we can track him at all times. I also love the do not disturb feature that we can turn on during school. I had an issue with the watch I sent a message to customer service. My request was answered within one hour. My issue was resolved quickly and the outcome exceeded my expectations! Their customer service is top notch! I would recommend this product and this company to everyone!

GBGreat investment I am thoroughly enjoying the watch! My babies ride the school bus and contact me daily to let me know they are ok. I highly recommend the watch. Customer service is top notch, especially Tiffiny Adams the Customer Service Manager. They are very fast to respond and have great hours where I can call after work.

GB.... Everything looked great when I received the phone, until it was time to pair it. There was no settings option available go get to the QR code. All it was was the home screen, lock screen to enter in a password, and the notifications screen. After numerous attempts to figure it out on my own I was unsuccessful, so I called customer service. Upon speaking with the rep she was able to see the watch was previously purchased and set up by some guy name JAKE. She said some ppl often set up these devices and end up returning them for whatever reason. Its pretty disa to know that the devices that are being sent back are put back in the self and being sent out to the next customer that purchases it. It makes me wonder if device was used or even refurbished for that matter. For the inconvenience I did get a 20 credit back to me CC and she was able to reset the settings but still do BETTER Tick Talk. Your devices aren't cheap. Customers shouldnt have to be dealing with these issues. I hope I dont have issues with the watch itself in the days or weeks to come.

GBAwesome watch, great customer service! My babies love their watches! I love they have the freedom to text and call friends and family that I approve through the APP. It also gives me peace of mind to be able to track them when they are away from me, especially with them now riding the bus from school in afternoons. An added bonus is the customer service. Tiffany Adams, a customer service manager, not only responded to my issue quickly but made me feel valued as a customer. I did days of research and comparing kids smart watches before choosing this one and I am so glad I did!
