GBI had a solar panel that Fedex broke… I had a solar panel that Fedex broke during shipment. I bought it from the Inverter Store and they drop shipped from AIMS. After emailing a picture of the broken panel and shipping label, the InverterStore/AIMS sent out a new one without any issues at all. Super great customer service!

GBBumpy road to Smooth sailing I purchased refurbished unit but had issues with it's operation. Tech support was top notch, tech was in USA and we had solid communication. Unfortunately my unit was unusable. I DID experience anxiety at the start of the RMA process; ALL was resolved. I purchased a brand new unit and returned the problem unit with my delivery driver. Product is 12KW pure sine wave inverter, charger, and transfer switch. Using on a home solar project. My new system works wonderfully!! No Regrets.

GBService was great and they answer my… Service was great and they answer my question. However, the batteries are operational but I need to determine what I should do going forward since I will need to replace more batteries. The solar system has been installed for about 10 years and apparently I have started to have some problems.

GBDon’t let you inverter sit in unheated damp place all winter I left Northern Maine for the winter and went to Mexico. I took my battery bank out and stored them at a friends house. I never thought about taking my Aims 12v 3000w inverter out too. Sitting in the cold damp unheated trailer all winter did it in. The Inverter store didn’t have any new available at the time, and I needed one yesterday. They had a used one. I bought that one. Glad I did! I saved about $340 and it works like a champ. The first one had been in about 4 years, with no problems. I’m the one that killed it.

GBBackorder Item I ordered ended up being on back order. This was not posted on website. Apparently, it will be months before I will potentially receive my product, however you have collected my money. Not a good business practice.
