I have done business with the Inverter Store for over a decade I have done business with the Inverter Store for over a decade, and for reliable equipment, equipment represented well, delivery and sales they are great. I haven't dealt with their Technical group in the last three years, but to be able to contact their Technical group ( Aims Power ) three years ago was tough to get hold of a Technician. Back then, it was quite frustrating, since I run two 6,000 watt pure sine / stand alone projects here on my farm. One for our home, and one for my Garage with apartment and water wells. We will see how this 'round goes. Moscow, Idaho

Solid Purchase Purchased a Pure Sine wave inverter and it was delivered quickly and installed perfectly. I like the fact that it comes with a remote on/off panel. I wish it had a auto-off feature that you could set it for a number of hours to avoid draining your batteries, but that's a future-feature request!

Backorder Item I ordered ended up being on back order. This was not posted on website. Apparently, it will be months before I will potentially receive my product, however you have collected my money. Not a good business practice.

Solar upgrade The sales staff was excellent, the only part that sucked was the Fed Ex was semi tractor trailer and they go 260 miles round trip out of thier way to get it here and it took more than 5 days. Fed ex freight only services the Forsyth, Montana area on Tuesdays only 1 delivery day a week here, I don't know why they don't have a box truck, his trailer was practically empty and the driver wouldn't drive my road. I had to get my loader out and meet him on cherry creek rd. If I wouldn't have had the loader I wouldn't have been able to get my delivery.

As usual As usual, the Inverter store comes through with another quality product to install on my system.
