GBBumpy road to Smooth sailing I purchased refurbished unit but had issues with it's operation. Tech support was top notch, tech was in USA and we had solid communication. Unfortunately my unit was unusable. I DID experience anxiety at the start of the RMA process; ALL was resolved. I purchased a brand new unit and returned the problem unit with my delivery driver. Product is 12KW pure sine wave inverter, charger, and transfer switch. Using on a home solar project. My new system works wonderfully!! No Regrets.

GBSolid Purchase Purchased a Pure Sine wave inverter and it was delivered quickly and installed perfectly. I like the fact that it comes with a remote on/off panel. I wish it had a auto-off feature that you could set it for a number of hours to avoid draining your batteries, but that's a future-feature request!

GBService was great and they answer my… Service was great and they answer my question. However, the batteries are operational but I need to determine what I should do going forward since I will need to replace more batteries. The solar system has been installed for about 10 years and apparently I have started to have some problems.
