USThe demo battery I received was… The demo battery I received was defective. According to the AIMSB bluetooth phone app, the battery shuts off at 60 % SOC. This is less than half the rated capacity. I shipped the battery back to AIMS yesterday at my own expense. I ask that the shipping charges be reimbursed. I will order a replacement battery. Just not a demo. Since this is the second bad battery I have received, I would strongly advise checking these batteries for correct function before selling them. On the plus side, customer service went above and beyond to keep lines of communication open and to remedy the situation. For that alone they should be commended.

USI had a solar panel that Fedex broke… I had a solar panel that Fedex broke during shipment. I bought it from the Inverter Store and they drop shipped from AIMS. After emailing a picture of the broken panel and shipping label, the InverterStore/AIMS sent out a new one without any issues at all. Super great customer service!

USI have done business with the Inverter Store for over a decade I have done business with the Inverter Store for over a decade, and for reliable equipment, equipment represented well, delivery and sales they are great. I haven't dealt with their Technical group in the last three years, but to be able to contact their Technical group ( Aims Power ) three years ago was tough to get hold of a Technician. Back then, it was quite frustrating, since I run two 6,000 watt pure sine / stand alone projects here on my farm. One for our home, and one for my Garage with apartment and water wells. USSolar upgrade The sales staff was excellent, the only part that sucked was the Fed Ex was semi tractor trailer and they go 260 miles round trip out of thier way to get it here and it took more than 5 days. Fed ex freight only services the Forsyth, Montana area on Tuesdays only 1 delivery day a week here, I don't know why they don't have a box truck, his trailer was practically empty and the driver wouldn't drive my road. I had to get my loader out and meet him on cherry creek rd. If I wouldn't have had the loader I wouldn't have been able to get my delivery.

USBumpy road to Smooth sailing I purchased refurbished unit but had issues with it's operation. Tech support was top notch, tech was in USA and we had solid communication. Unfortunately my unit was unusable. I DID experience anxiety at the start of the RMA process; ALL was resolved. I purchased a brand new unit and returned the problem unit with my delivery driver. Product is 12KW pure sine wave inverter, charger, and transfer switch. Using on a home solar project. My new system works wonderfully!! No Regrets.
